"Exelent location, quiet, great services"

"Great location but hotel dated, room felt like a cave since drapes broken and could not see pool or ocean view without removing drapes held on by Velcro. Pool area okay but no hot tub. I likely would try another hotel next time. "

"We could not get hot water. Showers were luke warm. Staff was courteous and helpful and pleasant to work with. Grounds were clean. Parking was an issue. Overall was a good place to stay. View was exceptional. "

"We had a very nice time. Located on a beautiful beach and has a very nice pool, anda hot tub. With a pool /beachside bar. It is a smaller place than most people I think imagine for an all inclusive, but it is a small island. And I found it charming, relaxing and absolutely perfect for us. Gregory makes the best pina coladas ever lol. And every single staff member was super friendly and accommodating. I like that they have a little coffee shop with some sweet treats where you can get a latte, cappuccino, or just a regular old coffee. There are pedalboards and kayaks you can take out in the ocean, which was super fun. As well as a little miniature Golf course, shuffleboard, giant Chess And a casino. Plenty of loungers on the beach and by the pool. Every room has an ocean view patio with chairs. Waking up to see the sunsrise right from my room everyday was amazing. Most of the food at the buffet was pretty good.Some of it was great. All the bar food was yummy. I would definitely recommend getting a rental car if you can. We spent a lot of time at the resort, but we also spent a lot of time driving around to some of the beaches and shops. There is no public transportation and cabs are kind of expensive. But if you can't get one honestly, it is not a bad place to just hang out and not leave. I would definitely revisit."

"I would stay here again. We were here 9 years ago and loved it! It was just as good this time. Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. All in all, this place will always be our place to stay!! "

"I can’t wait to see the hotel finished and restored. We have been coming there for over 20 yrs. My ex-husband is from St.Croix, we know how beautiful the property use to be. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We love the beach. "

"Rooms need a deep clean to get rid of all the sand from previous guests. Wasn’t a very welcoming or friendly hotel. The very nicest people who work there are the guards at the gate. So nice. Everyone else, didn’t really care. Based on others’ reviews we skipped the pool and restaurants. The beach was pretty but that’s all the resort has going for it. "

"I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. My children had bites on their arms and legs when they woke up in the morning, which I suspect were bed bugs. I called the hotel and notified the front desk as soon as I left the resort to prevent future guests from being exposed to the same problem. Unfortunately, the management never returned my call. To make matters worse, several female staff members in the restaurant and bar by the beach were extremely rude. Clearly not worth the money spent."

"This property is not a resort. There is not a restaurant, the only amenity is a pool with broken lounge chairs. It is also in a run down area. Not safe to walk around in and is not within walking distance to downtown Christiansted. A car is required if you want to go anywhere. We had to rent a car immediately because a local said it was not safe to walk around. It was more like an apartment building with a pool. I would have never booked a stay here with four young college girls. The room had bugs as well. "
