We only stayed for one night, but we had a very comfortable experience. The bed was excellent, and the front desk staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. The breakfast buffet was decent, offering a good variety of options, especially the fresh fruit selection.

A equipe fez confusão com a minha reserva. Mesmo tendo feito o check-in e me hospedado na sexta (07/11); durante o sábado (08/11), me enviaram mensagem perguntando se eu não iria me hospedar!!! Quando retornei ao hotel no final da tarde de sábado, perguntei na recepção se estava resolvida a confusão. Ela disse que sim. Ao chegar ao quarto, o serviço de quarto não tinha sido realizado. Precisei descer à recepção para reclamar. Me forneceram um jogo de toalhas e quando retornei após o jantar, um serviço de quarto emergencial tinha sido realizado. Creio que a recepcionista não foi a culpada pela confusão e procurou resolver a situação, acionando a camareira de plantão. Pontos que mereciam uma atenção: 1) elevador muito lento; 2) o café da manhã é simples e bom, contudo é servido muito tarde (6:30h)

O hotel não é dos piores, mas precisa melhorar muito, a localização é péssima, se pretende sair à noite, só é possível de carro ou Uber, a pé é muito perigoso. O estacionamento é pago à parte, e é caro. Quando entramos no quarto, havia um copo sujo na bancada e uma marmita pela metade no frigobar. O travesseiro é muito baixo, e as cobertas parecem do século passado, o ar condicionado parecia não ser limpo a anos, estava cheio de pó, e ficamos com crise de rinite.O banheiro era bem limpo, e o chuveiro é bom. A área de café da manhã é minúscula, e mesmo com o calor não ligam o ar condicionado. Se procura um hotel apenas para tomar banho e dormir, serve bem, mas se precisa de mínimo conforto, aconselho procurar outro.
