There is no free parking. If you go by car, the parking is 1,000 yen paid in cash, in advance. That would have been good to know. The hotel is under some construction now, so it was a little messy.

The dinner is so lavish that it could not be believed that it is free. It is suggested to add some slopes for transporting luggages as most of the visitors are carrying suitcases. In addition, there are some stains found at the bed sheet and bath towel that is quite disappointing.

チェックインが16時、隣接の駐車場も16時、道路に面しており、バス停もある。他の車の迷惑になるのではとヒヤヒヤした。 イベントに参加するのに利用させてもらったが、フロントも混み合って外までの列。利用料の決済が済んでいるのに、待たせすぎではと思う。状況をみて、早めの対応も必要なのではと感じた。 夕食付きだったが時間が21時までだったので、間に合わなくて残念だった。定食ならお弁当みたいにしてもらえたらよかったです。

施設利用に関しての説明不足。 狭すぎて…びっくり！ 夕食が付いて有難いけど9時迄で8分遅れて 食べれなかった！ 食券発行してるのだから例えば弁当箱にでもしてもらえてたら良かったなぁと思う。 大浴場は残念すぎ！狭くて💦 駐車場も16時から…渋滞して時間の無駄！ チェックinも渋滞！決済済みの人は並ばなくてもスムーズに入れないと！ あれだけの渋滞でも誘導もなしで…5／1は雨風で外に並んで待ってた人は気の毒だ！ もう利用したくないと思いました。

施設は古くて最低限だが、清潔さ、スタッフの感じの良さ、サービスとは思えない内容の二食の豪華さ、お風呂の綺麗さはすごい！難点があるとしたら、立体駐車場ちょっと入れにくい、風呂がいちいちエレベーターを乗り換え無ければならず、フロントで扉の鍵を借りなきゃならない面倒くささ。あと脱衣所が鬼狭い。避けるところすらない。総合的にはかなり良かった。また利用したい。

清潔な客室、親切なスタッフ、快適な大浴場とサウナ、良好な夕食と朝食の無料サービス。各部屋にエアコンがついていて適時にエアコンに自分でスイッチいれないと快適な室温は楽しめない。エレベーターの横の部屋だと夜中と早朝に大声が頭に響いて、早く寝てゆっくりおきたい人は必要な睡眠がとれない。エレベーターのそばではない部屋を予約したい場合はどうすれば良いか調査が必要。スタッフに何度目の宿泊でも最初だと言って部屋の確認したり設備の利用を方法を確認すれば親切に説明してくれると思う。このホテルはちゃんと話をすれば親切なスタッフに支えられて清潔な部屋と快適な食事と快適な睡眠を提供してくれる最高のホテルと思う。しかも安い。大浴場でゆっくり休めるのは何よりである。
