A bit pretentious, seems like everyone is wanting to see and be seen. There is an air of competitiveness, lots of plastic surgery and expensive clothes and cars. That said, it is a beautiful area.

Palm Beach is a beautiful place to visit. The restaurants are good and the beach is wonderful. It used to be less commercial.
"The AKA in West Palm Beach is a great hotel. I have stayed here before and have had a very positive experience both times. I had a one bedroom suite with a comfortable bed, balcony and view of the pool and Inter Coastal waterway. The location can’t be beat. It is Close to restaurants and shopping. The A1 market is very convenient and has good breakfasts and lunches. I was given a $30.00 credit for booking through Expedia. The hotel also gave me a credit. The savings was taken off my bill when I checked out. The service at the hotel was excellent. I will be staying here again.
