Estuvo bien, solo que recomendaría al encargado del edificio que los que lleguen a la recepción no azoten la puerta. Nos quedamos en el apartamento 1 y quienes llegan a la recepción azotan la puerta de manera constante, no tienen la educación de sostener la puerta al cerrar y el que está en el apartamento 1 escucha todos los azotenes que entran y salen.

Very spacious apartment. Washer/dryer included. A bit noisy at night but located very conveniently close to a Metro station in Madrid. The safe box was broken.

Noisy location on the ground floor and extremely close to cars. Pillows were not appropriate. Materials short as mentioned by a previous guess. Check in process stressful since done with a machine and ends up requiring support. Be ready for metro to all locations . A lot of services close by, that was positive.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay! We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment close to metro and buses.

Fabulous ground floor accommodation apart from the net curtain not functioning. Close to amenities in Barrio de Salamanca. Only issue was when the key would not allow us in and we had to get code by phone. Nobody was on site to speak to. They said they were in Barcelona.

Las instalaciones están en súper buen estado, está ubicado en un lugar muy residencial, muy tranquilo, pero muy cerca de todo, a pocos minutos del aeropuerto pero también de lugares emblemáticos como el estadio del equipo Real Madrid, Santiago Bernabeu. Definitivamente sería una muy opción, cuando vuelva a Madrid, lo recomiendo muy favorablemente.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid. It was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. It is located in an area where we felt safe and easy access to public transportation. We loved it and would stay again.

Excellent spacious room. Self check in a bit confu

Self check in was a bit hard to figure out (the key card and the receipt did not say which room was ours and we had to test the key to see which room was ours. Wifi in our room was not working (I tried rebooting but still no luck)
