Convenient location and Helpful Staff

Great service from Hilaria and Luca at the front desk who were always cheerful and helpful and worked long hours! They immediately fixed a small issue with our room and also set us up with an excellent driver to the airport. Room was pleasant and comfortable; good shower :) breakfast also good. We found the location excellent for exploring the city; we walked to all the major sights from the hotel and there are lots of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

Everything was quaint and the location is great. We had a leaky faucet that was a little loud the entire trip but other than that everything was great. I would keep in mind the building is right next to a construction site, but we could not heat anything and it did not bother us. Would stay again!

All the staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Residenza flaminio's location is very convenient to busses, metro and walkable to various sites.

very good location. close to the piazza del popolo and borghese park entrance (not close to villa borghese museum though). the staff is very friendly despite our late arrival check in process was very easy. they have storage and front desk.

Excepting for the non functional Wi-Fi, the room was extremely quiet, the location super close to Piazza De Popolo and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very limited but acceptable for one day. The room, hotel and area were clean. Nice place to base our week in Roma.

Great stay at Residenza Flaminio Gaio. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. It’s in a prime location situation just near Villa Borghese & Piazza Del Popolo, easy access to several bus & metro routes which can take you all over Rome. Vatican City & Castel Sant’Angelo are around 25-30 minute, Trevi fountain/pantheon are 25 minute walk. Taxi to Rome Fiumicino booked at reception is a fixed €65.00. Would happily stay here again returning to Rome.

It's a scam! Don't book!

It's far from a "luxury suites" hotel! It's more like a motel. Dirty, rusty, old and needs maintaing. I regret staying here. Too expensive!

This is a brand new, beautifully decorated suite. It’s on a quiet street right off the main shopping street. All of the city’s sites are within walking distance. The location is truly the best of all worlds - quiet, yet right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. The room is a little smaller than it looked in the photos.

Lovely Stay

Our stay in this hotel was convenient and spacious. We were 3 minutes away from Piazza di Popolo- away from so much noise. The outside of the hotel was very subtle that we did not recognize at it first. It is not handicap friendly since there is no elevator but it is very very much safe, you need your key to unlock the front door.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in assisting ordering taxi and transfers. Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin and full conversations could be heard. The last night the people across the hall screamed for over an hour which facilitated very poor sleep. Location is great for access to Plaza de Popolo. Keep in mind that if getting a hoho bus the closest stop is 23 mins away. You can walk to the coliseum in 30 mins from the hotel though!

Check in was easy and smooth. No elevator but front desk carried our bags up. Room was small and beds were clean. The shower needs a serious update. Dirty stained caulk along bottom, doors loud, the rack to hold bottles and soap is a joke everything falls through. Wouldn’t pay the rate if getting a nice shower after a long day of walking or traveling is important to you.

It was extremely dirty. The shower had rust. There were bugs inside the room. The fridge was empty after we were told we would have water. The sound of the water pipes when other rooms would use the water kept us up. Overall, I would not stay here again.

I stayed for about 9 days and enjoyed this luxury boutique hotel. It's not a typical hotel venue but has its own charm. The staff at the reception, dining room and housekeeping department were all very friendly and helpful. They were responsive to our needs. The room is spacious enough considering this sits in the center of the city Rome. I'm very satisifed with the bedding and pillows, which are clean, well kept and comfortable. A delightful surprise was the sparkling bottled water and free tea and coffee pot they provided and replenished each day. It would be a perfect 10 score if the glass shower door could be a bit more updated and remodeled. Otherwise, it was a delightful and comfortable stay overall.

The room was LARGE which I really liked, and a very walkable area near Piazza del Popolo & Via del Corso, which I also liked. Staff were super kind/friendly. Also great water pressure & a rain shower head which was fantastic. Breakfast on site was nice if pricey at €10, but plenty of options nearby. And you get a free bottle of water daily. The major ding IMO was no coffee/tea in the room - not even instant! With breakfast not starting until 8, if you want to get up early, you have to do it uncaffeinated and head to the bar down the street. Just for that reason I wouldn't stay here again. But, if you don't care about that aspect, this is a great hotel.

The property is in a good location. Walkable to sights, dinning and shopping. However, we had some issues & concerns that I’m outlining below. 1. This property is not well maintained. * Hallway carpets are old and soiled * Bathroom shower frames are not kept clean and have visible mold, rust and calcification. * Inside the toilet bowl is black and disgusting. 2. The continental breakfast is not served buffet style as it’s customary or as advertised in the photos. There were display counters but they were empty. We were given a paper menu and a pencil to circle our choices and write the quantities we want. Our selections were presented quickly but if we wanted anything else, it was very difficult to get a hold of the server as he stayed in the pantry area all the time. 3. The photos are very misleading. The owners of this property used photos to display a property that does not exist at Via Gian Domenico Romagnosi 1. I say this literally because some of the photos belong to another property!!!!!!! Advertised as Luxury studios and scattered among photos of the “actual” property are very misleading photos that lead the traveler (in this case me) to believe these accommodations are available at this property and somehow the style is similar from room to room; when in fact, these rooms are in a completely different property quite a distance away (not walking distance if you have luggage) in a different neighborhood.
