Very nice hotel that could reach everywhere. The 24 hours tea time service at the basement is great. And the people are so nice with great service. The room is good and big. If the checkout time could be at noon will be even perfect.

Thank you vey much for the great service. The wifi in Room 602 was a little weak but otherwise, the hotel provided us with such a splendid service. Complementary snack bar was great and breakfast was also very enjoyable. Rooms were also very nicely cleaned. Very satisfied.

Had a great stay!

The location is quite convenient to go to the river side and you can walk quite a lot of interests. The staff is polite and things are smooth. If their English is a bit better, that would have been more helpful. They have snack bar and have tons of dessert choices with some savory food. We used the place after dinner desert fix!

Location was amazing hotel was in the heart of everything tons of malls around and food! The only thing is the room had a musky smoke smell and the bathroom design was weird cause it’s not a separate enclosed area. So when you do your business if someone in the room they can hear it lol

WONDERFUL from start to finish, excellent service and awesome food selection. stylish design and the in room bathtub jacuzzi is amazing Access to the lounge with all day long snacks and beverages. It’s a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and accommodating. My one hang up is the hotel staff at the front desk has ice in their veins. I have never been treated so coldly checking into a hotel before and I’ve travelled all around Asia. Maybe that was just the couple employees I was dealing with at the time and the rest are great, I’m not sure. Overall though, it was a great stay.
