This hotel is in one of the best locations in Geneva. It is next to the old city and all the shopping. You can just walk right out your door and be in the middle of it all. Great hotel is good location. Front desk staff kept promising that our room wold be ready "in 15 minutes". That lasted for many hours and we finally checked in well after the advertised 3pm commitment.
