The room was lovely, of a reasonable size, and comfortable. The property was well located without being too close to landmarks or overcrowded areas. The staff was amazing, helpful, kind and welcoming. Plenty of dining options and good access to public transportation. I would return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel has a cool vibe - trade off is that the elevators are tiny and the bathrooms are a bit tight. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and liked that we weren’t right in the tourist centre, but could walk to everything. It’s also convenient to RomaTermini.

It was great that our room was available earlier than expected. We arrived two hours before check in and were so happy the room was ready. The American breakfast was okay, my husband was quite satisfied. Our room was tidied daily and we always had a fresh supply of towels. The staff was helpful with regards to directions and getting us taxi service when needed. The only isssue we had was the outside noise, it is quite a busy street(but to be expected as it a convenient location). We just closed the window….it was fine.

Great Value

We enjoyed our long term stay at this hotel. We found the location convenient for a conference we were attending and appreciated the modern room set up (lots of USB ports for charging and devices.) Staff was friendly and helpful, especially with check in and check out. Our only issue was hotel had already swapped to heating (traveled in early November and temperatures were still warm) and so we slept with the window open, resulting in many mosquito bites most nights. Not much to be done about that but as seasonal weather increasingly becomes unpredictable, it would be nice to hotels at all price ranges to allow guests to control air condition and heating year round.

The decoration was nice, but the room was very dark to the point of needing artificial lights during the day, even on sunny days. The view was to a small interior backyard that made it difficult to see the sky unless one was leaning outside the window. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The shower was very narrow. The mobile phone connection in the room was poor. Upon request we changed rooms on the last day (when availability allowed), but in the morning the new room was full of water on the floor, possibly coming from another room, soaking the suitcases. The hotel staff was not really helpful. The room doors provided very poor sound insulation, so one could hear every little sound coming from the corridor and also the other way around.

Rooms are extremely small, no place to put your suitcase inf youre in a tour and live out of a suitcase because if constant hotel chsnge. Showers are very small in the economy room, barely room to move in even fir a skinny person. Breakfast has poor selection and very limited.
