Terrible restaurant

I was treated like a rat by the restaurant manager Marcio and the Cook Adriana who prioritised the football team for dinner. This is such a good hotel. They should change the restaurant management.

O flat é ótimo, ótimo cafe da manhã. Único ponto que é muito simples de melhorar é colocar refrigerantes zero no frigobar, pq a anos vamos lá e sempre tem que pedir o serviço de quarto para tomar uma.

O hotel é agradável e os quartos são diferentes uns dos outros, mas tem tudo o que se precisa de básico num flat, com um bom chuveiro e uma boa cama. O café da manhã é ótimo e os funcionários são muito solícitos e atenciosos. A academia tem poucos aparelhos e meio antigos, mas dá para o básico. A limpeza do quarto não foi incrível, mas também não estava muito ruim. Os armários da cozinha estavam meio quebradinhos e da pra ouvir o que o pessoal do hall fala quando na cozinha ou no banheiro. Mas, no geral, gostei bastante, recomendaria e voltaria.

Cafe da manha: comida boa, serviço a melhorar

Apartamento amplo, equipado, sabonete liquido , shampo e condicionador disponiveis no banheiro, coisas simples que facilitaram a estadia. O cafe da manha pode melhorar quanto ao serviço, pois se formavam filas porque nao havia pratos suficientes, fato que causava demora para o hospede desocupar a mesa, terminar seu cafe para liberar a entrada de outros. Isso acontecia todos os dias. Ate seria uma solucao comprar mais pratos e talheres, xicaras, enfim. A comida estava boa, mas tbm poderiam repor mais vezes. No geral, falta planejamento e organizacao de acordo com o numero de hospedes

melhor café da manhã de Londrina

Sou frequentador desse hotel há quase 10 anos, dessa vez tivemos problemas de limpeza nos aptos (simplesmente esqueceram 2 vezes), problemas com latidos de cachorros dos moradores e cheiro de cigarro de moradora, tivemos inclusive de mudar apto. Trata-se de um flat misto de moradores e hotel. Os aptos estão com mobília bem velha, ultrapassada. O que compensa é a equipe da recepção e do restaurante, todos muito prestativos, aliás o café da manhã desse hotel é o melhor de Londrina, já estive em 7 hotéis em Londrina e posso garantir, comida do restaurante tb é boa. Boa sauna e academia

O melhor de tudo foi o café da manhã. O quarto estava com cheiro, muita poeira, chuveiro demorava para atingir a temperatura boa para tomar banho. Não tinha travesseiro extra no armazém, cama mais ou menos e sofá cama muito desconfortável.

Property is perfectly fine, a bit dated and not many amenities in room … have stayed there multiple times over last ten years… can’t think of a single upgrade or improvement in that time. But keep going back because location is great, staff is helpful, and price is right.
