The room was very clean and nice. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because the doorknob was loose which made me feel unsafe, only a few lamps worked and most of the electrical outlets didn’t work either. The view was beautiful and the balcony was very nice.

Condo was mediocre. There was a huge leak and stain in the ceiling in the master bedroom. The leak was over a week old and Hosteeva didn’t bother to inform us of the issue until the afternoon prior to our arrival. Then had wouldn’t consider moving us or refunding the condo. Just said that the leak wasn’t that bad and they placed a trash under the leak at the end of the bed. The bed is concrete with a sheet over it. The view is great and the condo complex is nice. Hosteeva as a company is terrible and the perfect example of zero customer service or care. The condos are barely equipped with necessities and we will never ever use them period. Back story I booked a work trip, plans changed and I booked for the wrong dates. Hosteeva oversees customer service refused to move, refund or change anything with my paid in full condo. So I booked a second condo for the correct dates. Turns out the above leaking issue with the first condo booked wouldn’t even been available yet they would have been fine with sticking me with non refundable condo fees. And when I argued, asked to speak with supervisor I got an apology and nothing we can do when they had plenty of condos available just not in the same complex so I was SOL, so they were fine with stealing my money and moving on. I travel to area often but will never use these crooks again!!
