El primer departamento que nos dieron tenia un aire acondicionado que hacia un ruido insoportable! No pudimos dormir. Al otro dia nos cambiaron a uno c un aire q no hacia ruido y a partir de ahi todo estuvo muy bien. El complejo es muy lindo, la cena está correcta, el desayuno bueno

Excelente. Lugar lindo com uma natureza exuberante. Uma praia linda quase que exclusiva. Restaurante na praia com comida muito boa e drinks também. Apto com cama confortável tipo king e limpeza em dias alternados. Ficamos num apto de 2 quartos e 3 banheiros. Água forte. Café da manhã com várias opções e comida gostosa. Adoramos e devemos voltar. Obrigado a todos que nos atenderam.

A recepção fica fora do complexo e isso é péssimo pois dificultou ainda mas o atendimento. Quando cheguei no quarto a roupa de cama era pequena e fina, solicitei um lençol extra por ser pequeno e nao fui atendida. Fomos jantar e a apresentação da comida era boa, mas sem sabor algum a batata chega estava marrom de puro óleo. Minha filha teve febre solicitei uma coberta e também não fui atendida. O quarto é espaçoso, mas tudo muito velho e precisando de manutenção. No café da manhã vimos que os saches estavam vencidos, pensei: se algo que fica na frente dos clientes elesdeixam vencido imagina dentro da cozinha. Fui na recepção reclamar porque nao me atenderam pelo telefone e a recepcionista estava deitada no sofá. Solicitei o estorno das diárias restantes e fui para outro lugar. A unica coisa que salva nesse lugar é a vista e a proximidade ao beach park.

Deixou muito a desejar

Ficamos em um apartamento com mobília e equipamentos carentes de modernização: móveis antigos e precisando de reparo, TV pequena na sala, geladeira pequena para acomodar alimentos e bebidas para uma família de cinco adultos por cinco dias. O ar condicionado de um dos quartos parou de funcionar na primeira noite devido a um problema na parte elétrica e permaneceu pela segunda noite, obrigando a parte da família ser deslocada para outra acomodação. O apartamento ficou sem energia desde a madrugada do terceiro dia até as 19h. Por último, na última noite, o ar condicionado da suíte principal deixou de funcionar e começou a pingar, molhando a cama. Apesar da boa vontade da equipe da recepção do hotel, ficou impossível reverter os transtornos provocados, pois são consequência de problemas estruturais que vêm se acumulando ao longo do tempo. Lamentamos muito, pois o condomínio é maravilhoso, mas o resort precisa dar uma atenção maior aos apartamentos de sua propriedade.

“Estadia agradável, mas com problemas na acomodaçã

No geral, a estadia foi muito boa, mas tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto. O primeiro tinha um chuveiro que não esquentava, então nos mudaram para outro onde o ar-condicionado não funcionava, e tivemos que trocar de novo. Essa situação foi um pouco incômoda, mas fora isso, a experiência foi positiva. Isso mantém um tom educado e direto, destacando tanto os pontos positivos quanto a falha na experiência. Se quiser algo mais firme ou mais suave, me avise!

Estrutura do quarto muito ruim e nem se fale do banheiro, péssimo. Piscina próxima ao restaurante me reforma. Havia solicitado hospedagem para 6 dias e ficamos uma noite e pedimos restituição do dinheiro, pagamos uma multa e fomos pra outro hotel.
