Check in process was lackluster, front desk wasn't able to apply a Fiesta Rewards membership discount because it was same day check in; had to reserve via Expedia to get a good rate. Then we had no working AC for two nights and the hotel used the Expedia booking as an excuse to not be able to refund a percentage of the stay. They ended up offering only two mediocre box lunches as compensation for the hot room that made it hard to get a good night sleep

Rooms are spacious, bed in room 1111 is kind of hard in my opinion, no doubt there are guests who prefer it that way. The bathroom has seen better days and the carpet needs some serious deep cleaning or replacement.

No me gustó mucho el hotel, es super viejo y todo sucio, las habitaciones, me dieron una de duela y aún así olía a humedad, el baño olía horrible a caño, la puerta no cerraba bien, y la puerta principal no seria, me dieron una tarjeta pero abría así, sin tarjeta, las alfombras del pasillo super sucias.. Hasta asco daba pisarlas.el estacionamiento sin luz y vigilancia. No volvería para nada ahí.

El servicio estuvo excelente, pero parecería que están en crisis económica, las toallas y las sábanas rotas o rasgadas. Las alfombras sucias y con mal olor, tanto en pasillos como en habitaciones. La plancha maltratada y vieja. La comida estuvo bien y repito, el servicio fue excelente con todo el personal.

La habitación prometida no es la que ofrece el hotel. Debía ser una habitación club con los beneficios de un fiesta americana, pero no lo es. Sus instalaciones son muy viejas y con mucha humedad. No deberían hacer convenios con expedía si al momento de llegar el huésped al hotel no van a respetar lo que se promete en expedía.

Tranquilo el hotel, tiene una Soriana a lado para compras necesarias, no me gustó que se ve viejo el hotel, no huele bien, no me asearon el cuarto hasta que hablé a las 6pm que regrese, cualquiera puede subir a las habitaciones le falta seguridad en elevador y entrada. Cuando llegue me pidieron pagar todo y nos tardamos en revisar con la plataforma
