Hospedagem tranquila e bem assistida

Fiquei hospedado no Hotel Ilha Costeira e tive uma boa experiência. O atendimento foi atencioso e prestativo – meu quarto inicialmente estava com problema no ar-condicionado, mas prontamente fizeram a troca e resolveram a situação de forma eficiente. O café da manhã, embora simples, era bem servido e estava dentro do esperado. O Wi-Fi funcionava bem dentro do quarto, o que facilitou bastante durante a estadia. A localização do hotel também é um ponto positivo, com fácil acesso a várias regiões da cidade. No geral, é uma boa opção para quem busca um lugar tranquilo, com bom custo-benefício e um atendimento que se preocupa em resolver eventuais imprevistos.

Estadia muito boa, quarto confortável, café da manhã bom e atendimento bons. Único problema já relatado por muitos é o barulho do ar condicionado, mas nada insuportável. Tirando o barulho, o funcionamento do ar é muito bom e deixa o ambiente bem fresco.

Hotel precisa ser reformado.

Pontos negativos: Hotel precisa de uma reforma. Ar condicionado velho( ao ligar, vazava mas consertaram, assim que reclamei), vaso sanitário balançava e muita ferrugem ,no chão do banheiro. Roupas de camas encardidas. Muito desarrumada a mesa ,com os alimentos do café da manhã, queijo e frutas cheios de água (com aparência de pouco fresco). Solicitei uma refeição para o almoço e a carne estava muito dura, baião de dois seco e batata frita muito oleosa...horrível a comida. Localização é muito ruim, bem longe de tudo. Muito gasto com o uber. Ponto positivo: funcionários atenciosos e quarto limpo e silencioso.
