There was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and also one from the hotel to The Mall of America. Also, we could take a short walk to the mall. All of the women at reception were wonderful. Rhoda went out of her way to get rooms next door to each other. Bianca and Elissa met our every need and were so warm and welcoming.
