It did the job. We could rest after 28 hrs driving. Nothing to brag about the hotel, the area has plenty of food around. To be honest the building needs better maintenance (room and bathroom).

Perfect for families

Shelley and Summer were amazing and very helpful! The hotel is great and clean. Well located. Laundry room onsite was great too. Only disappointment: the microwave didn’t work and the hide a bed mattress was stain and looked dirty. The rest was impeccable though.

No one working front desk. Finally found someone and she was very nice. The building is dated and needs a facelift but it’s alright for a nights stay if you are traveling through. Would not stay longer than that.

The staff on both shifts were accommodating. The day staff, not so much. Maybe it was too early for her to be working. But, nothing to report as wrong.

Front desk was good. Lobby clean. Stairs were dirty. Bed and sheet was clean. Room smelled awkward. Carpet was moist Shower was decent/ tub was cracked and the shower drain was very slow.

Everything was great besides needing the fold out bed and the mattress was stained and disgusting. There was also hairs and unrelenting filth in the drawers of the dressers. Attention to detail on cleaning at an "extended stay" is much needed at this facility. Other than that the staff is great.

Nice clean room. Older place. The shower is dangerous. Slippery and no grab bars. I told the clerk about the shower curtain rod falling off the wall.Breakfast was grab and go. No juices.

Common areas were not clean, carpet was stained, tub/shower had no grab bars or anything to help with moving around whle under the shower. Needs something. Breakfast was free but very skimpy. Only coffee to drink, not even tea bags for the hot water.

Good but could be better

The recliner in the room doesn’t function properly. The door into the corridor lacks proper seal as it is a source for unwanted light and noise. The tv lounge/breakfast area needs to be policed during breakfast hour, tables are dirty. Hotel first floor under construction

Bed was very hard. Sofa bed was impossible to pull out the way they had the room set up. Only 1 of the lamps beside the bed worked because there was no where to plug the 2nd lamp in. Had to unplug stuff to charge phones. Customer service was great. Full size fridge in room.

Certainly don't pay full price!

Internet was out during check-in and it caused us a major delay. We missed an hour of our concert that we went to attend. There was nothing we could do to avoid it. The hotel had several vagrants looming outside. Alcohol was split all over the outside tables. The room wasn't horrible but was clearly way outdated. Breakfast was a fiber bars. Yes that was the only option available. Absolute joke.

No I will not stay here again

When we check in got there hubby seen urine on the toilet seat I had to clean it which I was piss elevator don’t work we was on the third floor room 316 I have never been at a hotel we’re elevator took us only on the 1 And 2 work don’t go to third floor had to get someone to help and the toilet didn’t flush told the housekeepers that my toilet wasn’t working came back from a funeral in a still wasn’t working. Had to tell the front desk again there was a nose ring in the drawer, which you could tell it was not clean driving for hours to have to use the stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is bad 2days a mess
