Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
definitely one of the no-next-time hotel
The hotel staff is very courteous ,but still couldn't cancel out the poor experience we had.
First of all , one of the tea plate was smudged with coffee or tea residue. Guess the room cleaner forgot to change it
Secondly , poor sound proof , we can hear what people is doing next door. And surprisingly hotel put us and a tour group on the same floor. Guess how noisy they can be in the early morning. The worst , hotel made a loud broadcast announcement while we were still in sleep looking for a car owner. This is totally unacceptable. Not everyone is early bird
Lastly , stiff mattress ... another point deducted.
In general , the location seems to be the only advantage.
