The studio is very comfortable and well maintained and close enough to the main train station. One thing worth mentioning is that you need to climb up 75 stairs to get to this 3rd floor studio. It's worth finding out from the property before booking if you have any mobility issues. The TV had 2 remotes which I couldn't figure out so I never got to turn on the TV. The internet worked well. Not having a front desk for any issues or questions isn't always the best even though you can always call the office. I would stay here again.

Property structure and layout was fine. However I checked out of the property immediately after checking in due to an intolerably foul smell in the apartment. In addition, the WiFi was not working properly, and due to the first floor courtyard location of the apartment, the mobile phone reception was very weak.

Із плюсів : - Локація - Інтерєр Із мінусів: - За поселення після 18:00 хотіли додаткові 40pln, про які ніде не вказано - Дуже гаряче на верхньому ліжку - Шумоізоляція Whats good (+) : - pretty nice appartment - location (is near center city) Whats bad (-) : - for checkin after 18:00 they want additional 40pln, but no any info about it - on upstairs bed is very hot - you can hear when your neighbord from other appartment go to the toilet or shower

El calentador de agua es compartido y estaba en mi habitación, en cuanto otra agente abría el grifo el calentador se encendía y hacía ruido porque esta muy cerca del sofá cama.

Es un apartamento cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario.

El apartamento estaba en una zona muy agradable y cerca del centro. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días: la cocina totalmente equipada, un sofá cama comodísimo, un aseo pequeño pero práctico... Todo estupendo. Quizá la única pega fuera que estábamos en un tercer piso y no había ascensor, pero la ubicación fantástica.

Great location Great for 3 day stay maximum. Sofa bed could be more comfortable but it does the job. Air condition is needed when staying in summer as the room is on the top floor and it might get boiling hot

On arrival the heating would not work and we contacted the host who was not able to advise us how to successfully turn the heating on and then we received no further reply to any messages or emails for the next 3 days so had to stay in minus conditions with no heating wouldn't stay here again

un bellissimo lungo weekend a Cracovia

L'appartamento era molto confortevole e ben riscaldato, dotato di ogni comodità. Non mancava davvero nulla: persino erano a disposizione libri e guide per visitare in autonomia la città. L'unico problema può essere costituito dai 4 piani di scale senza ascensore, ma poi si é veramente ripagati dal servizio eccellente. Mi sarebbe piaciuto almeno un canale TV internazionale, invece erano tutti locali, ma il WiFi funziona che é una meraviglia. Insomma: CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

gros problème à l'arrivée , ensuite super

A notre arrivée , le taxi affrété par l'hôtel , faisant notre transfert aéroport - hôtel , ne nous a pas déposé à la bonne adresse ( le loueur ayant plusieurs appartements à différentes adresses. ) et est parti avant qu'on s'en aperçoive. C'est grâce à l'intervention de 2 aimables polonais , que nous avons pu rejoindre à pied le bon appartement , après une 1/2 heure de marche en trainant nos valises ; le loueur a donc du revenir sur les lieux pour nous donner les clés et surtout le code de la porte d'entrée ; il nous a réclamé 10 euros de supplément car il était alors 18h15 ; nous avons protesté de notre bonne foi et dit que , si son taxi nous avait laissé à la bonne adresse , nous aurions été dans les temps ( il y a un supplément si on arrive après 18h ) ; il a dit qu'il n'était pas au courant de cet incident et nous n'avons pas été taxé des 10 euros . Les jours suivants , nous avons eu recours à ses services pour organiser plusieurs excursions en taxi , et tout a été ok . L'appartement est idéalement situé , au calme , à 10 minutes à pieds de la place centrale , très bien agencé , mais attention , il faut monter à pieds au 4ième étage .....

Appartement très bien placé et propre

Bonjour, Appartement spacieux et très bien aménager. Idéalement situé, il est à 5 minutes de marche de la place centrale de la ville et à 10 minutes du château du roi. Le gros plus de cette appartement, c'est la terrasse sur le toit, qui permet de prendre un apéritif après une bonne journée de visite.

Enjoyed Krakow

We lived in the apartment on Czapskich street. It was very cosy, clean and pretty inside. Everything was made with great attitude and sense of style. The communication with host was 24/7, which is also good. The most important part of the apartment is its location, which is perfectly close to the Old town, 24 hour shops and to bus stops.
