The breakfast was basic but good however the hotel itself was noisy late at night and there was no intervention to stop the partying and yelling. It was very hard to sleep.

The room was very cold. Heating system was not working properly. The shower was very cold. I turned it for 15 minutes and was still cold. The water spills out from the shower and all the bathroom becomes wet. All Staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt a bit sorry for the cleaning lady Zahra, who always had to clean the water that spills from the shower every morning. She was very helpful and friendly.

Again for that price you're not gonna get excellent service, but compared to others in the similar price range, this hotel beat out all its competitors. It's well located, with a good front desk service, the rooms are nice, with a little balcony area, water is clean, wifi works, and hotel has TV, serves breakfast (although not great), with a nice swimming pool that is well-lit at night. I give it an overall 4 stars, and I would stay there again if I ever go to Marrakech again.

The hotel is located about 35-40 minutes from Jamaa el-Fnaa walking, you can take a taxi but be prepared to pay different fares there and back. There are two reception areas, one at the rear and one at the front, it is a large property. I found the rear reception was very helpful while the front reception, were less so. The hotel employees are bilingual (which I am not ☹) and the predominant language you will hear or be addressed in is French unless of course you are or speak Arabic. The room pictures on Expedia are not comparable, while there I do believe that the hotel was undergoing some refurbishments, to address the tried look and feel to the hotel rooms. The shower head in my room needed descaling and or replacing, the moulding around the bathtub needs removing and remoulding. The bed was comfortable and the cleaning crew who were onsite daily were helpful.
