This sweet little riad is so central - we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy stroll so we ate well. The riad was immaculately clean, the staff friendly and welcoming and breakfast was excellent. The only niggle was the lack of facility to make our own drinks...a cuppa in the evening would have gone down a treat. Fortunately the local cafes were happy to oblige.
The ladies at this riad were so phenomenal! So nice and accommodating. Our room was cleaned and towels replaced everyday we were there. Breakfast was a wonderful spread as well. Would definitely recommend.
The staff there was very sweet and welcoming. They provided airport pickup for an extra cost which was very convenient. The Riad is located in the perfect spot with many options to shop and dine. I would note that have extra cash to pay the local fee for the room. Overall, the place was beautiful and felt very comfortable being there, I recommend booking at this place!
Beautiful accommodation with clean rooms and good bed. Service and breakfast was very good. Beautiful patio and rooftop terrace. Location was great in center of the medina. We had an amazing time
Nice riad. Lovely rooftop. Great location. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Overall, we had a good stay at Riad Eden. The staff here are great, especially the ladies who do breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it is excellent and sets you up for the day. The rooftop pool and chill out area really is an eden amongst the chaos of Marrakech. You also can't beat the location - a 5 min walk from the main square and souks.
The only complaints we have about here is the lighting and the noise. The lighting in the room was poor - I understand this may be part of the aesthetics, but it made getting ready difficult. The main complaint is the noise - we do not sleep well - whether it was noise from within or outside of the riad. I dont know if this is the case for all riads.
Overall, i would recommend staying here if coming to Marrakech
What a beautiful Riad! Road Eden is the perfect place to stay.
The location is fantastic, just a 15 min walk from the airport bus stop Jemaa el Fnaa and easy to find, the location on Google maps is spot on. Although it's less than a 10 min walk to Jemaa el Fnaa, it's located in a really quiet side street and I slept really well.
From the moment I arrived, everything was just wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for me.
My room was beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style and the bed really comfortable. Shower was fab, powerful and hot.
There is a lovely roof terrace too - no view but a very nice place to relax.
Breakfast was really tasty, fresh bread, preserves, fruit and lovely coffee.
I travel a lot, Riad Eden has set the bar very high for upcoming trips I have in 2025, thank you to all the staff for making my stay such a fabulous one. I highly recommend you look at Road Eden if you're looking to stay in Marrakech
Riad Eden is a tranquil oasis only 10 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the Jenna El Fna square and 5 mins from the more peaceful square near the Jewish Market and the Bahia Palace.
Our Orange Room was well equipped, cleaned daily and very comfortable with the added advantage of being on the same floor as a lovely shady sofa area.
The only downside was the bed was exceptionally hard and uncomfortable.
The breakfast was delicious, home made yogurt with cereal, pancakes, bread, jams, marmalade, honey, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed fruit juices, tea and coffee.
The ladies who run the Riad are exceptional. Polite, charming, pleasant and cannot do enough for you.
My wife and I stayed at the Riad Eden for our first time in Marrakech. The Riad was easy to find and we were warmly welcomed by the staff immediately with some wonderful Moroccan mint tea. Our room was on the top floor where we had easy access to a beautiful terrace and rooftop patio (with a pool) with amazing views of the Medina. Zahira and her team were very pleasant and professional throughout the trip. We even asked of the could bring breakfast (which is included and delicious) to the terrace every morning. They always obliged. Also for those that need to stay connected, the wifi had great speed and coverage. We we also very close to the convenient Place Mellah where there was always lots of hustle and bustle and reasonable restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Marrakech.
I’m very happy I stayed here. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and the people were incredibly friendly. The location is good as well as you're in the heart of the Medina. I strongly recommend choosing this riad for your stay in Marrakech.
Small, quaint riad located on a quiet corner of the medina. You'll need to walk a little from where you get dropped off by car, so keep that in mind depending on amount of luggage. The women managing it were friendly, spoke okay English. It was just a night before I moved to a different riad to join a tour, but it was good. The breakfast spread was okay and very basic, no fruit.
Host was very friendly - greeted us with tea, a map and some helpful information about the area. Everything was exactly as pictured although room and pool were a little smaller than they seemed in the pictures. Bathroom was so cute! Towels were a little rough but it wasn't a big deal for us. AC in our room was a little weak but we didn't ask about it so they didn't have a chance to fix it. Breakfast everyday was delicious and common areas were great! Staff spoke French and/or English fluently.
