Sheets are dirty the comforter has burn holes and the best is the shower that backs up with a film on top the water which is the previous person’s stay dirt flooring in the water. NASTY‼️

Room dirty and the drain in shower is backed up, so your feet are in the dirt of the previous person staying in the room. One word: TERRIBLE

The room smelled like a former smokers room, but I was not given any choice to choose a non-smoking room. The staff was very slow. The night time entrance seems to be the full-time entrance. I don't recall if breakfast was offered, but there was no breakfast. They were nice enough to deliver extra pillows and toilet paper, although one pillow had no case. The shower was extremely slippery, and there was an awful lot of water that built up in the tub during the shower. There was no fitted sheet for the bed, just a flat sheet masquerading as a fitted sheet. The bed cover had holes in it, and it looked as if they were made by cigarettes. The shower curtain also had a hole in it.

After getting the room around 8 pm, I went to bed. I was woken up around 12:30 pm from the loud noise from people checking in upstairs. I don’t know why front desk put people above me when there were many vacancies.

Extremely rude manager on night duty. Had no compassion when I accidentally booked for the wrong day and literally said “That’s not my problem.” He went back and forth with me rolling his eyes.

Clean, clean smelling, looks updated. Nice room size. Some minor wear and tear- holes on comforter, stains in bathroom. No comfortable chair to sit on- desk chair. No hairdryer in room or available at office. Great value for what you get.

The room was filthy, towels had hair on them like they hadn’t been properly cleaned, smoke burns on the comforter, only one pillow on one of the beds, beds not supportive or comfortable, no fridge or microwave as advertised. Very disappointed in this stay
