気になる点も

コロナ対応で洗面所のカップが紙コップになっている。紙コップを重ねてあるが、間にダニが複数いてちょっと驚いた。部屋や洗面所近辺には居ないのでたぶん紙コップの保存に問題があるのだと思う。

Nice short Trip from tokyo

The air condition in the room was not working well. So we had to move to other room. We had drink in the fridge for free which was very nice! Overall very nice dinner and all was nice.

気軽にくつろげます。

2回目の利用です。お風呂場の椅子など、若干汚れが目立つところもありますが、総じて、気を遣うことなく、いつものようにくつろげて、お値段もお手軽なのがいいです。 朝ごはんはコロナ対策で、自家製？のお弁当でしたが、お部屋で食べれて、かえって、バタバタせずによかったです。ふきの煮物だけ、味付け忘れだったみたいですが、まぁ、よしとしましょう。 このご時世の中、楽しませていただきました。また、利用したいと思います。

湯殿がとても広い。洗い場も広い。半露天もとてもよいです‼︎晩ご飯も品数豊富でお腹一杯になりました！ スマホの充電が洗面所でしかできないことだけ不便かもしれません。 鬼怒川温泉は歴史ある温泉地なので、キラキラのピカピカがよい方は別の温泉地へ行くことをオススメします。どこだか知りませんが。 虫も同様。山ですから。虫の方が先住民です。

清掃面で残念でしたが、、

お値段が安かったので多くは望まなかったので全体的に普通、の評価をさせて頂きました。 受付やお料理を出してくださる皆様の対応は良かったですし、お料理もお値段を考えると夕飯、朝食バイキング共に納得できるものでした。 1点、ベランダに出る窓枠にたくさんのてんとう虫の死骸があり、外にでて景色をみる気分になれませんでした。 古いホテル・旅館でも最低限のお掃除をしっかりして頂けていたら古さも情緒になり気持ちよく過ごせると思います。 水場、ホコリ、売りにしている景色が見える窓とベランダ、ここだけは綺麗にしていけばより満足して帰られる方が増えると思います。

3連休の中日にお世話になりました。混雑している割には、快適に過ごせました。 人情味のある仲居さんが一生懸命に食事を提供してくれましたが、少人数で多くの客に対応していて、可哀想になりました。 館内の老巧化が進んでいますが、必要なところは補修してあります。 食事は、そこそこ美味しく、ボリューム満点です。 コスパは良いと感じました。

良い思い出になりました

2泊3日で行き、朝夕ご飯付きで1人1泊8000円未満でした。 お盆のあとの平日だったということもあり、和室から洋室+和室のとても広い部屋にグレードアップしていただけました！ 部屋から鬼怒川も見えて良かったです。 目当ての日光江戸村には車で約10分と近く、朝から閉園時間まで楽しめました。他の観光名所も近くとても良い場所だと思います。 3日とも生憎の天気でしたが、初の日光はとても楽しめました！また機会があれば利用したいと思います！

素泊り、お盆時期を外して泊まりました。 大人2人、子供2、時期的に安い値段だった？！ 部屋からの眺め、大浴場など値段の割には大満足です！ ただし、、、部屋はパッと見は綺麗ですが、照明に蜘蛛の巣など細かい所までは掃除されていませんでした。 値段次第で、満足度がかなり変わると思います。

食事が美味しくない

温泉も部屋も接客サービスも普通。 しかし食事が美味しくない。海なし県なのに海の刺身、美味しくない湯葉、アクだらけの肉料理、どれもガッカリさせるもので、食材がかわいそうに感じた。外国の方の旅行者もかなり来館していたが、これが日本の食事だと思われるのは良くない印象になるのではないかと感じた。翌朝のビュッフェも断り、コンビニで朝ごはんを食べたがそちらの方が何倍も美味しかった。栃木には美味しいものもたくさんあるのに、活かされておらず残念。
