The front desk manager was very helpful. We were able to check in early. The included breakfast had a good variety of things to eat and is served in a grand old space. The room was comfortable and large for a European hotel. It is very convenient to the Termini train station and a 25 minute walk to many of the main attractions.

Excellent hotel

The hotel is in 5 min walking distance from the train station. It is very convenient to go to those tourist sites. The breakfast is free and fantastic. We need to go to the train station earlier than the breakfast and they even packed the breakfast for us.

The service and check in /out was a breeze. However the facilities are a bit dated and our sink and shower had trouble but we managed to fix them. The bed was comfortable and AC worked! Breakfast was decent and a good way to start the day
