O hotel tem boas instalações e uma equipe bastante gentil e prestativa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, cheio de opções regionais. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. De negativo: o Wi-Fi é inviável, funcionando bem apenas nas áreas comuns. E a água do banheiro demorava horas pra aquecer: um desperdício ecológico para a sociedade, e econômico para o hotel. Também não são disponibilizados cobertores nos quartos apesar de estarmos na estação chuvosa do Nordeste.
