Modern Scandinavian design aesthetic with excellent, helpful staff. Great breakfast and social hours, both wine and nightcap to help relax from a day of touring. Convenient location for access from the airport to transit to get around to put most of the city within easy walking distance.

Mixed experience

Overall we had a nice stay. But the pressure in the shower was non existing and it was almost impossible to flush any of the toilets. Our room was facing the courtyard and lots of noise from the restaurants when they were cleaning up at night. No air conditioning but the windows opened. Nice location though and friendly staff. Wine hour on the house every night at 5 pm a nice touch. A bit over priced.

Ideal location, amazing staff

This hotel was such a delight. It’s ideally situated near the major locations downtown and also close to the outer parts of the city. The rooms were clean and the front desk was super helpful with all our questions. Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel was lovely, staff extremely friendly and a nice vibe in the hotel for a drink. Offer a free wine/spirit each day. Lift was out of order to our floor only disadvantage

Had a very good stay

The location is really good and near city center. Staffs are really nice and helpful. We stored our luggage at the hotel after check out. The room is really pretty, stylish and spacious. Hope to visit again!!

Staff are fabulous and we loved the gathering in lobby for 5-6pm wine on the house.. This is our third time here and the hotel has lost some soul..no fire on ( it was broken they said) and they have stopped music playing.it used to be a buzzing bar now it’s dead except for the free wine sessions :)

Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast even when it got tough all families showing up at the same time. Reasonably roomy. Rooms fresh but corridors etc start to show a little wear and tear. Surroundings full of cafés, restaurants, pubs etc, safe distance to Strøget with all turists and partying people.

Very nice stay at a relatively affordable downtown location. It’s very close to the excellent Torvehallen market. There is a free wine and aperitif hour, as well as coffee and croissants in the morning. The breakfast buffet is great if you want to add that as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The property was conveniently located. The breakfast was very good. The staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. It would have been good to get a bit more information on the area at check-in. A fridge would also have been useful.

Great location

Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had the small double room, but the bed didn’t come with a headboard as described and was up a step in a little like cocoon. There was very limited plug sockets in the room, was a kettle but no where close by to actually plug it in. Bathroom was a great size. But the curtain in the bathroom was see through so the rooms opposite could see you on the toilet or in the shower room! :(
