Historic building with character. I wanted a room in a very central location for a reasonable price, and this fit the bill very well. The room was clean and had a balcony with seating for 4 overlooking the west. A few hiccups after check-in (mainly related to the water) but those were remedied in moments with a call to the desk. This is not the Ritz, Hyatt or Hilton; it is a historic building that as been reconfigured (it seems) for this purpose and has the charm I personally enjoy. I loved being so close to the heart of Ramallah. Everything was walkable and I enjoyed fresh baked goods every morning by walking 3 minutes toward the city center. I will book here again for future trips.

Charmerende sandstenshotel i den gamle stil i gåafstand fra Ramallah centrum og Arafatmuseum. Jeg kan anbefale at bo her, men hotellet anbefales at forbedre rengøringsstandarden, udvikle på morgenmaden og gøre hotellet helt røgfrit.
