Room was clean and spacious, staff were very friendly, and room was ready even when we arrived a little early. Great area, felt safe, walking distance to everywhere we needed to go except the airport. Would stay again
The staff was very good, and the room was very clean.

Would normally rated it higher, however, the hotel is under renovation and there was no food or athletic facilities. Room was comfortable. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk great.
The room was beautiful! The view was gorgeous and the bed faced it so we got to wake up to the beautiful mountains and lake. The staff was so kind and amazing they went above and beyond! If you're thinking about staying here definitely do! It is well worth it!
We had a great overall stay and would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The only drawback was that renovations were underway during our visit, which caused some minor disruptions in common areas. That said, there was a definite upside—we were lucky enough to be placed in one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was absolutely beautiful.
The updated room had a clean, modern design. The color palette felt fresh and calming, with soft neutrals accented by warm lighting. The bed was comfortable and the furniture had a contemporary style that was both functional and stylish. The bathroom felt especially luxurious, featuring updated fixtures, a spacious walk-in shower, and elegant tile work.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Despite the ongoing renovations, we had a very positive stay and are excited to return once everything is complete. It’s clear this hotel is going to be something special.
Super convenient hotel. Very clean, safe and great parking garage right next door. So close to waterfront and walkable to many restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Disliked: Amenities
The Hotel was in a convienient location. Just a few minutes to walk to to shops and restaurants. We were quite dissapointed when we found out just a few days before our stay that the hotel was under construction. The pool, hot tub and bar were not open. We had to wake up to hammers and banging in the morning. This is something that we should have been notified about up front. They had plastic hanging around the entrance to keep the cold air out of the lobby, and when we went walked out a large chunk of ice fell off and hit me in the head. Not a great stay.
I stayed here only 1 night but I wish it was more . The room was fantastic with its huge soaking tub and amazing views of Lake Champlain. The finishes are a bit dated at this point, but it was still a lovely stay with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant Bleu NorthEast Kitchen was delicious. I would definitely stay here again
This was a great property in an excellent location. Staff very attentive and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel was very nice and we had a lovely view of Lake Champlain. However, there was a lot of renovation work being undertaken on the upper floors and the sounds reverberated throughout the entire hotel for 2 of the 3 days we were there. Had I known in advance, I would have booked elsewhere.
This Marriott property has it all!
Besides a beautiful lakeside site in Vermont's premier city, Burlington, this Courtyard by Marriott offers a superb combination of style, comfort, amenities, access, convenience and, most of all, a great front desk and service staff.
Nothing is amiss!
