Everything was great, everyone was helpful and friendly. The only issue is the Merry Christmas from people and the card I received. I celebrate Hanukkah and I just wish people were more sensitive to other peoples beliefs around this time of year.

Thanks to Expedia I was under the impression there was a pool. There was not. Also breakfast was not included & the hotel doesn’t do a good job of advertising it’s $10 a person. I saw one sign in the elevator AFTER I was allowed to fix my plate, eat & then be surprised with a bill. Basically they trick you into buying their expensive breakfast.

I came Alabama for a Ministry event at the Hilton Inn in Tuscaloosa. From check in to everything in between and check out SUPERB service. Staff was Exceptional. Front desk staff & Kitchen staff. The Breakfast Buffet was Exceptional and they use real eggs, not powered & watered down. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. If I should come back to visit, this would be my home away from home!

Fine, but Slight Problems

The blinds wouldn't close and I had to have someone from the front desk come help with them. Even she struggled to get them closed. The toilet in our bathroom ran every 15-30 seconds and the room felt like the AC hadn't been on in a week when we got there. It cooled off really quickly, but was uncomfortable at the start.
