Der Zustand der Dusche (Schimmeli in den Fugen) ist für eine solche Wohnung und in der Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel. Wurde nicht erklärt wie die Heizung funktioniert und sich einstellen lässt. Tagsüber wurde es ziemlich warm in der Wohnung. Nur Vormittags und Abends lief die Heizung nicht. Das Wasser in der Dusche wurde erst nach 5 Minuten warm. Ansonsten kann ich sagen, dass alles den Erwartungen entsprechend sehr gut war.
