The kitchen staff was amazing. But front desk came off as rude when she said they couldn't accommodate us because they had no way of getting in touch with me. My room was double booked for the entire stay. I was there for my father's medical procure which was booked back in Feb, then when we arrived they told us they didnt have room for us. They found a room and put us in a bad room that was probably down but still used it. The toliet was not attached to the floor, the white towels were stained with black marks like tar. The walls weren't clean one wall had what it looked like blood. The ac unit had a short in the plug wire so we had to move it around some to get it to turn on to get cool air in the room. The ac also had a small leak inside the room and there was also mold growing there where the carpet was all wet. The remote to the TV did not work at all. I booked that hotel because they had a pool but when we went down to swim, it was being used as a storage facility. That place needs a deep inspection. The staff was not in uniform, you never knew if the people standing around were employees or people waiting to be waited on. No name tags or no greeting at the door. I do not recommend this place. Choice needs to send eyes to that place quickly.

The room and the hotel are kept very clean. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. This is our second stay. We are usually here for shows at the Orion. Close to venue and plenty of shopping if needed. Breakfast had variety (changed a lot but I’m sure that’s because they had an extra fulll house this weekend) but it was kept up for the busy breakfast rush.

Was just needed a place to stay for the night and was working nearby. For the price it was excellent given I didn't need anything but a comfortable bed and a quiet room to sleep. I booked my room after eating at the restaurant next store and literally checked in five minutes later.

This location was extremely disappointing. Staff was kind but untrained and were not dressed professionally. Check-in took 15-20 minutes because staff was untrained and had no support. The lobby, dining area, elevators, and hallways are aged, dingy, dirty and damaged. My room looked like someone had recently booked it and not fully restocked. I didn’t have any of the basic toiletries like soap nor did I have more than 1 rag. The sofa in my room was dingy and stained. The room smelled moldy. There was barely any tissue on the roll and no replacement. There were sketchy looking people hanging outside at front door and going in/out lobby area. The pictures online are either doctored up or were taken decades ago. This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and I will never stay again nor recommend it to anyone unless they do a major rehaul from staff to decor. I wanted a refund to go stay elsewhere honestly. Lots of shops nearby for food and shopping.
