That we get there at 2am due to mechanical problems with tren Maya from Cancun but staff was very understanding and still let us stay.

A nice and pretty hotel, good facilities but due to the fact that it is only adulta it should be quiet and relaxing to be able to rest, which we could not do since our suite was next to the cafeteria and it was too much noise that they made in the mornings (6:00am) to try to get ready for breakfast I guess.

We loved our stay there and we were sad that we only spent one night there. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the very beginning. We were able to check in earlier as the room was already ready. The room itself was amazing! The interior just fit so good - we instantly felt like home. Our little terrace with pool was amazing, as well! We were surprised and hope to come back someday! Really worth it.

Very limited dining options (only breakfast). It would be good if they had at least some snacking options available throughout the day. The hotel itself was great and the service was good. Only downside is that even though the area is walking distance to Merida's attractions it is somewhat sketchy.

Cute hotel a short walk from the old town center

Stunning little hotel a short walk from the town center. The hotel was comfortable, clean and it was a nice walk to the center. The room was big and well ventilated. The common areas are very nice. A very nice retreat when you need a break from the adventures of traveling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was the breakfast that consists of white bread, butter and jam. I would have liked a bit more. Or at least a fridge where you could put your own food, and a kettle to make tea. Even though I was there around during Easter, high season, it felt like it was very quiet. Mérida is a super cute and colorful town. With lots of restaurants and very fairly close to Chichen Itzá which is a must. Chichen Itzá was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend the hotel!

The property have potential but they need employees there is only one person and they don’t give you Kleenex or glasses for water. The first day the little outdoor pool was dirty and was no one that can clean it until the next day, also the shower was not working properly. The good think is that we went to many tours and we where out most of the time and Aldo did not stay the seven day we stay five days and we book another hotel in Cancun. And this hotel is not that cheap compare to another hotels in the area that people in our tours told us. I don’t like te give bad reviews but we really didn’t have a good experience.

Beautiful and well presented boutique hotel We had some issue within the room Poor quality pillows and towels (cheap fabric rather yellow than white with marks on it! My wife was coughing all night as they were mould on the ceiling and walls They offered us another room more (healthy) for our second night hopefully but if not they refused to refund! Also the room chosen was with a small interior pool that I was not able to use as the bath plug was not sealing

El hotel es lindo la atención también, lo que me decepcionó es que me dieron una habitación que no había reservado de menor categoría y nos avisaron el mismo día a las 6 am, se preguntaron las razones y únicamente nos dijeron que por un tema... y reparaciones, nos ofrecieron el desayuno como compensación, pero en la habitación que nos dieron había una fuga de agua, se escuchaba muchísimo ruido en la mañana, la verdad si quedamos decepcionados ya que teníamos una alta expectativa del hotel y pues como avisarlo el mismo el día en la mañana y repito si ya estaba pagado. El desayuno muy rico y buena ubicación.
