Best boutique hotel I've been in a long time. Everyone is so nice and pleasant, from parking to check-in to dining. Did not realize I booked a room at street level and it was perfect for a physically challenged person. Breakfast was very good too. Amenities were top shelf. Will stay here again! Kudos to management and staff.
Lovely place, very French style setting. The place is small and cozy. Staff are very helpful, courteous and approachable. I would recommend this place to my friends and others. I would book again when we come back for a visit.
Very nice and cozy hotel near tourist spots in Baguio City. Although the hotel was old, it is nicely refurbished. The restaurant is chic and the food good although pricey. For breakfast, you had to preorder and there was no orange juice.
We had a great time with the family. The property was beautifully designed and it's really an insta worthy. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends and will come back for sure.

Great staff!
The original Victorian ambience I had experienced in the past were not there anymore. Fair rating ! The were changes of art deco and furnishings, ongoing renovations and new management.
No microwave, steam kettle, toiletries & coffee condiments in the room. Linens & towels pretty old. Water pressure super low, bed not comfortable, ceiling too low. Overall upgrade needed!!!
its overrated. ig worthy yes, but with the cost i paid i am expecting a little more.
staff-- staff is not accommodating. like they are not in the mood to work that day. i even saw staff slouching in the lobby with their shoes off right across the entrance.
amenities/appliances inside the room - the fridge is not working. the tv doesnt even have hbo. there is no water the morning we woke up. we had to wait until 8am plus for the water ration. got 2 bottled water for free but no coffee!
value for money-- not worth it. the price when we booked is almost the same as that of The Manor Camp John Hay but no extra charge if there'll be 3 adults. had to pay 1k for the extra headcount but that doesnt include breakfast and extra bed. not even an additional towel or toiletries.
food -- is good for the price. ordered room service but was told the wait is long since they cook it upon order. the staff didnt even offer alternative.
Kamiseta Hotel is remarkably beautiful and has a very friendly front desk staff—unfortunately, that’s all about it as regards positive features!
During our overnight stay, there was neither wifi service at all (despite the advertised “free wifi” with multiple connection points) nor a working landline phone from which we could make local or toll-free calls. Food and service at the Vanilla Café were equally bad. The breaded fish of my fish-and-chips dinner looked and somewhat tasted like fried banana fritters (“maruya”) with fish, instead of a banana. The breakfast buffet spread did not include fruits and juices when, ironically, Baguio City is not lacking in fruits. Not once did the restaurant staff check on us if we were OK, and we had to go to the cashier to get our bill. As we were preparing to check out of our room and I was using the bathroom, the water got turned off without prior warning.
We recommend Kamiseta Hotel for its photoshoot opportunities, but not for its lodging or food.
Overpriced boutique "hotel". More like an old home with victorian furnishing and wall accents. The rooms are right outside the lobby and you can hear all the daily transactions and staff talking all night. The bathroom was a joke. No water pressure from the sink or the shower. The toilet sit was so close to the wall that you have to position your leg sideways to use it. The sink water pressure was a joke, it was just dripping and not continous water pressure. Woke up at 6am with staff outside your door opening the lobby and started talking loud. The breakfast was limited with few selections and some are cold. The staff at the breakfast are was very unhappy when you asked them for something (like more hot water for the instant coffee) There is no customer service at all. It's a waste of money to be there. I thought it would be great with great ambiance but it was a true joke. I rather stay at The Manor for the price.
Great hotel and amenities the only concern is the area is far from everything esp transportation but overall the services are great

Nice hotel
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We can honestly say that the pics on hotels.com do not do justice to the colourfull furnishings; so refreshing and a delight to stay at this hotel. Staff went out of there way to make our stay so enjoyable.
I love this hotel, I like the Victorian style, the quiet , the coziness and the decors. The reception desk are excellent, polite, cheerful and very helpful! Whenever we call them, our requests are immediately met . However, the service in the restautant was entirely opposite. The one time we ate there for lunch, we were so disappointed. We requested for coffee twice, but it was never delivered to us . I think asking for it the third time is too much. And as I looked around, there are more that enough servers . I believe at least someone will check around from time to time if there’s something the customer needs. It is a buffet style, but the customers might still need some things. Overall, it was a good stay , I would love to come back to this hotel again but I won’t make use of the restaurant again.
Excessive noise from a wedding party at the restaurant below our hotel room until past 9:00 in the evening. The noise was from the party loud sound system & noisy guests around the hotel. Kamiseta Hotel should have considered the comfort & rest hours of other hotel guests that were not part of the wedding party.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Place is very nice and elegant. Good customer service. Except for the toilet tank that doesn't fill up water . We checked in late . We didn’t call for a service because it’s already late. We just used the bidet to fill up the water tank. Which is they should have checked it first.
Was a real cool looking hotel inside, very nice and cute. They also have cupcakes and cafe. Breakfast was great. Hot water was great, the soap they provide is better than other hotels, a/c was great, beds were soft. I would stay there again for sure. Only thing I had concern about was the door to our room didnt latch well so could be easy to think door is secure when it isnt. Down the road about 2 mins walk is a general store and a good burger and steak place. I didnt like walking there because road is poorly lighted and next to hotel there was a shack area with like 8 homeless looking guys sitting there doing nothing and staring at my girlfriend and I as we walked by, so thats was kind of a concern. Maybe more of a security presence in front of hotel is recomended.
Checking in was easy, the room was ready when we got to the hotel. the Hotel lobby is so beautifully decorated. The room we occupied (Petra) had an exquisite design as well. The bathroom was excellent. The only complaint I would have is that the double beds were small.
Outside and inside design is great! Staff are very helpful, kind and presentable.
Room was amazing with calamansi juice welcome drink. Love the bed - comfy, bathroom was clean and nice. Vanilla cafe offers good breakfast and dinner was great as well. Location is quiet, walking distance to Wright park and botanical garden
The place is what you have dreamt of when you are fan of disney princesses, that is why I chose Kamiseta for my little girl and all of the spots in the hotel are instagram worthy. The food is good but pricey and they serve small portions and also the additional matress which includes breakfast and toiletries was beyond cost worth 1700php per night. But all in all, we had a great experience and definitely stay again in kamiseta hotel because of my little princess.
