Such a wonderful stay! Wish we were there for a longer period of time. Walking distance to everything and it’s a bit tucked away. Their bar has live music and yummy bites and drinks. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is super helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to come back!

Weekend getaway in Karlovy Vary October 2022.

Being it is our first stay in Karlovy Vary and we wanted to experience a Wellness Treatment in an excellent place. So selecting Carlsbad was based on great reviews by customers. It was amazing and we will definitely return for more of the Wellness Treatments, Great Customer Services, Hotel Presentations and Room Accommodations. Location is convenient to shopping districts.

Ein super tolles Hotel. Gleich beim ankommen würde unser Auto entgegengenommen (wir hatten vorher einen Parkplatz reserviert, ja 25 Euro ist zwar viel Geld pro Tag, aber die Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind wirklich begrenzt). Wir würden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Zimmer was toll und sehr sauber. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Spa Bereich ist schön, die unterschiedlichen Saunen mit dem Ruhebereich sehr angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei. Die Stadt ist herrlich und lädt zum baumeln ein Insgesamt ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal.

Ein sehr schönes historisches Hotel, welches sich hervorragend in seine Umgebung einfügt. Die Ausstattung empfand ich auch als Standesgemäß, wobei man nicht in jede Ecke schauen sollte. Im öffentlichen Spabereich waren die Becken und Saunen relativ kühl, einige Saunen erreichten nicht die angegebene Temperatur. Das Personal sehr freundlich, wobei die Fremdsprachenkenntnisse nicht unbedingt einem solchen Haus würdig erscheinen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß und reichhaltig. Frische Eierspeisen werden dabei auf Bestellung gereicht. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für das Hotel. Am Tag der Abreise hatte der Hauptbucher des Zimmers Geburtstag, das Geburtsdatum wurde beim Check-In erfasst. Es gab diesbezüglich keine Aufmerksamkeit o.ä., kein Weltuntergang aber bei einem solchen Hotel erwarte ich das einfach. Alles in allem, würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
