Excelente hotel! Instalações novas! Vale a pena destacar o atendimento dos funcionários. O único ponto a melhorar é o lençol da cama, por ser muito pequeno não consegue fica preso em baixo do colchão.

Ser membro Gold não vale a pena!

As fotos do quarto não condizem com a realidade e induzem a erro no momento da escolha. Aparece na foto do quarto luxo uma banheira de hidromassagem, contudo ao chegar no hotel fomos informados que referido quarto era uma suíte luxo e que o nosso seria um quarto luxo, portanto não tinha banheira, muito embora a.foto do quarto da reserva definitiva mostrasse o contrário. Aparentemente nos colocaram num.quarto standard e não num luxo. Fomos orientados a reclamar. Lamentável pois por ser membro gold do hoteis.com, teríamos direito a upgrade, porém na prática nunca.recebemos tal benefício. Ser membro gold não tem valido a pena.
