The hotel is perfectly located in front of one of the best restaurants in town and also very close to the lake. The main street (Mitre) has different options of stores, restaurants and everything we may need.

The property is old, the bed headboard had a gum from previous guests. The room was really warm but if you open the window it gets too loud. The location is not convenient it is about 20 minutes walking from the downtown. It is not worth the price. The staff was really nice though.

A garagem era um pátio de areia para 4 carros. Li os comentários e fiz a reserva da garagem com 1 mês de antecedência. Chegando lá tinha que pagar a parte 60 reais por dia para o estacionamento do carro (um absurdo para uma vaga que não era nem coberta) no fim achávamos mais seguro deixar o carro na rua. Pois era tão apertado que se alguém estacionasse ao lado não tinha como tirar o carro.

Horrível … Só fiquei a primeira diária e fui embora. O banheiro do quarto estava entupido, reclamamamos na recepção, e se quer, foram ao quarto. Na outro dia saímos de lá e procuramos um flat, aqui mesmo no hotéis.com

Está en un lugar accesible, se puede caminar hacia el centro y está muy cerca. La gente que me atendió en el hotel fue muy amable, las instalaciones muy limpias, cómodas y definitivamente volvería.

Mala experiencia

El hotel es muy antiguo, el ascensor con puertas y solo para 3 personas, las máquinas de gimnasio están en mal estado, la piscina le hace falta mantención, las piezas con exceso de calor, no tiene aire acondicionado, no tiene algún lugar donde poder refrigerar la comida, el desayuno poco contundente, le falta mucha más variedad, decepcionados para lo que ofrecen por fotos

Experiência desegradavel

Apesar de bem localizado, fiz a reserva com estacionamento, porém ao chegar no hotel me disseram que não tinha e que teria que ter reservado antes de ir (????), pois tinham pouquíssimas vagas, café da manhã muito pobre, com poucas opções e qualidade questionável, o banheiro a água do boxe vazava encharcando o banheiro, a cama não era encostada na parede e sim no aquecedor, não podíamos liga-ló pq poderíamos ser tostados de madrugada, pra chegar ao quarto tinha que subir lance de escada. De Spa só o nome…

Somewhat comfortable but not worth the price

Very shabby place. It was in poor condition and not maintained. The elevator was ancient. It had a hot tub and pool but they were old, dingy, and didn’t open until 5pm. The breakfast was ok. The location was a close walk (5 min) to town center but not too busy. The mattress was surprisingly good though.
