Fabulous location with easy access to all the major sights
The best part of this place is the location: There are tons of restaurants, shops, and perfect walking distance to everything notable.
We never met the staff as the front desk was vacant both days we stayed. The room smelled of sewer gas, but was clean. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable to us. The entire hotel consists of 4 rooms inside what could best be described as an apartment. There was no real privacy as our door opened to the lounge area, in which we could hear a pin drop let alone people making coffee or tea. The lounge area was clean and very nicely stocked with coffee and tea though. Getting to the “Hotel” was an adventure starting with a short walk since our taxis couldn’t drive to the front door. You need a code for the front door, a small two person elevator (or one person and one suitcase), and then a code to enter the skinny door into the hotel area. Since we were “late” getting to our room, the door to our room was unlocked and our key was on the nightstand.
Weak and a bit cold the shower. Room conditions overall good. Location of the place is excellent. Expedia sold me the reservation as a Hotel. In fact, it was a guest house. Descripcion needs to be clearer about it in the booking process.
Had a fantastic day at Spagna secret rooms. The staff was extremely helpful. It is a great location, walkable to so many great sites in Rome. Comfortable bed and a great coffee machine in the common area.
Would stay here again
Feel like home in Rome.
Alessandra was super.
best location, access to everything, SAFE.
(they have the best A/C in the room, you can sleep well)
TEN STARS !
Great location with excellent staff. So clean and well kept. Loved the shared kitchen with cafe and tea. Bedding was superb as well as bathroom linens. Such a delight!
Great location. Room and facilities made this stay very comfortable. Perfect for us. Restaurants downstairs was a bonus. Lastly, a big thanks to Alessandra who helpful and very pleasant to communicate with.
This was a great choice for us and exactly what we needed. Central location but quiet room when you go back for a rest. Everywhere is walkable from here but make sure you have comfy shoes as you will walk a lot! Staff were welcoming and helpful, room was a good size and the kitchenette was a useful addition. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Very nice property. Elevator is small - 1 person and 1 piece of luggage is about all that fits. But it has an elevator! Great location! Just around the corner from the Spanish Steps and "walkable close to the Trevi Fountain.

The building is not the cleanest and a bit dark. But the hotel itself was lovely, very nicely decorated and clean. Tv easy to use, and shared kitchenette for drinks well stocked, clean and organized.
The area was nice, but the bathroom had black mold in and around the shower. The staff was not at the premises but responded when phoned. I checked out at 8:40 am; no staff was around. I called the staff, but it went to VM. No breakfast at all! Way too much money for this place.
This was our second time staying here. Everything was perfect except for the mattress. I’m not sure if there has been a little bit of wear since we last stayed in 2019 but the mattress was VERY “springy”. You could feel each and every coil when you sat on it or put your hand on it. I was afraid it would be even more obvious when we went to bed , but it wasn’t too bad. Unfortunently we won’t be coming back as I’m concerned the mattresses would only get worse and harder to sleep on if they aren’t replaced (especially since everything else is top notch).
