O hotel é agradável, limpo e organizado. Café da manhã excelente. No entanto cobraram 2 vezes a hospedagem, pois o atendente do dia da chegada não deu baixa no sistema e no check-out minha esposa foi pagar o consumo, mas cobraram dela a hospedagem. O atendente não podia resolver na hora e estou aguardando o retorno do hotel sobre a situação.

Não fiquei totalmente satisfeita devido a obras barulho da empresa que fica na rua atrás do hotel. Sugiro a instalação de janelas com vidros duplos.

Estamos acostumados a hospedar-nos neste hotel e nunca nos decepcionamos. Ao contrário, na primeira vez foi uma grata surpresa! A cidade não tem atrativos (exceto, é claro, o fantástico Pub da Cervejaria Saint Bier, frequentado por toda a região e por visitantes, que fica bem próximo), mas o hotel compensa com seu conforto e excelente atendimento. Bom café da manhã e o wi-fi funciona bem. Além disso, Forquilhinha fica próxima à subida da serra do Rio do Rastro e da muito simpática Nova Veneza. Um passeio pelas pequenas cidades da região é muito agradável e pitoresco.

Hotel com boas acomodações, quarto com bom espaço e banheiro grande, ótimo! O serviço de pedir comida no quarto não agradou, pedimos lanches e esqueceram de anotar o pedido, foi necessário ligar novamente para confirmar visto que disseram que seria rápido e por fim levou uma hora para vir - não recomendo!
