The location is fantastic. Very close to the Parliament buildings, river and canal and Bytown Market. And very affordable and convenient parking nearby at the City Hall lot. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very responsive and warm. A great place to stay!

Easiest check-in I’ve ever had, really friendly staff too! Chic design throughout, especially the cocktail bar, with a lot of attention to detail. Unfortunately the games room and gym were disappointing. Small to the point of misleading, under construction and shared with a condo.
But that was a pretty minor issue. Overall a great experience and I’ll go back.
