Love staying at hotel Encino malecon. Have been going for 4 years. They have really done a fabulous job of the the pool area with the tiling and nice loungers and tables and umbrellas.

We heard that the property was being renovated and I hope that's true. We were there for 3 weeks and really could have used a fridge. Also, the showers drain kept bubbling up every couple days even after we had them clean it out and add a chemical. Plumbing should be the first thing renovated. We really enjoyed the pleasant staff and the location is the best in PV. The old world charm of the place is part of a wonderful experience.

The room was clean, traditional Mexico style. The location is really good, walking distance to everything you need. The restaurant looked nice and there’s a small pool on the top floor. Bring earplugs, as it’s very loud at night. We got what we paid for.

The rooms are very dirty. Housekeeping never washed the floors and bathroom. All furniture was thick with dust. First room we had was like a prison cell with a night light always on. 2nd room was great but dirty. Staff are always pleasant. With some extra care this hotel could be a great place. Big problem with birds and pooing everywhere. Can’t be healthy.
