Avevo prenotato per il 31 dicembre per una Notte ma onestamente visto i comportamenti della propriettaria della casa un giorno prima al Telefono che mi raccomandava di non usare ne la cucina ne di portare un bimbo perché l'appartamento era per 2 quando poi il check in era alle 15 poi la singora al TELFONO dice no alle 16 con modi molto aggressivi e poi mi diceva che il.prezzo di 125 euro a notte era poco quando poi io quel giorno o trovato un hotel a 4 stelle al prezzo di 100 euro mentre la singora era solo una casa che abitavano anche loro dentro a quel punto poso solo dire che mi sono salvato e non consiglio per niente questo appartamento

Very nice, just a few hiccups

First of all I'd like to say this room is brilliantly located - took less than 5 minutes to get to the town centre and about 1 minute to get to/from the train station. The communication beforehand was great and when we arrived the apartment was very clean and well-kempt. A couple of negative points: Before arrival we were instructed to ring Ida, who we were told would be waiting for us at the apartment. When we arrived outside the building (which we did not get directions to; luckily it was very easy to find on Google maps) there was no sign of Ida and we waited for an hour, ringing her multiple times without response. This was very frustrating, and was made more so when we were called by the other flat owner and were told Ida had been inside the entire time waiting for us. Why hadn't she answered her phone?! Other than this the only minor problems were that the shower wasn't hot and we couldn't use the balcony because we weren't provided with a device to roll back the awning which covered the entire view. Finally, be aware that you can't get in or out of the front door between waking hours without a key, which made our exit on the day we left very difficult (as we left the keys in the apartment). Luckily there was another door or we'd have missed our flight! Overall I am happy we stayed here, mainly due to the location, and I did like having a little kitchen and a fridge to keep our wine cold.

Terrible Owner stays in the room next door and smokes in there causing the rest of the apartment to smell like cigarettes. Disgusting!

Although the ad did say "private external bathroom", we were expecting a private bathroom that was separate from our room. That was not the case, the bathroom was external but not private. We shared it with another room. The room also had a lingering smell of cigarettes (although the room was non-smoking). Again, mentioned in the ad that the room was windowless, fine with us, but with the smell it was too much. Not much in the room beyond a bed and small writing desk; definitely a place for sleeping and not for hanging out. We booked the room for three nights but only stayed one; too much money for too little. It is close to the train and bus station, however, and the room is near the center of town (five minute walk).

Good location, BUT not comfortable!

This is a closet sized room with no window and no air circulation that you will share with the home owner who lives in another room! when you check in, the owner will tell you all about the things you are forbidden to do, and she will be there to supervise! Not welcoming at all! and just in case partially open bathroom is an ambiguous term for you (like it was for me!) basically it means you get out of the room, and open and close 3 doors until you get there! Pros: good location, place is clean and she let us leave our luggage for a few hours after check out.

Helt OK, ligger ved bus og jernbane.

Dette "hotellet" er små leiligheter som ligger inne i leiligheten til utleier, dette var ikke vi forberedt på. Det er ikke air condition på rommet, anbefales ikke hvis du reiser om sommeren. Utleier snakker ikke engelsk og det var vanskelig å få kontakt med henne. Vi prøvde opptil flere ganger uten å få svar. Utleier var flere ganger inne på rommet vårt da vi var ute på dagen. Sengen ble ikke redd opp og handklær ble ikke byttet ut, søppelet ble derimot tatt ut. Dette overrasket oss mest: Vi hadde lagt mat i kjøleskapet for å ha til lunsj dagen etter. Da vi kom tilbake fra en dagstur var dette tatt ut av kjøleskapet og satt på benken, maten hadde blitt dårlig. Utrolig spesielt, synes vi. Vi hadde ikke en strålende opplevelse på dette "hotellet", men det ligger fint til.
