Minha experiência no hotel paradiso del Sol foi incrível! Sem dúvidas foi a melhor viagem da minha vida, o hotel conta com uma equipe de funcionários onde todos são muito gentis e atenciosos. O café da manhã é sensacional com muita variedade e toda hora tem reposição das comidas. O quarto que fiquei é muito bom, cama confortável, bom ar condicionado, contém um armário com cobertor que inclusive é muito macio! Conta com um serviço de quarto rápido porém detalhistas, as camareiras são gentis e se preocupam com cada detalhe pra deixar o quarto limpo e confortável, teve troca das toalhas todos os dias. O preço do cardápio externo do hotel é super ok já que oferecessem pratos de ótima qualidade.

Hotel excelente em todos quisitos

Tudo correu perfeitamente, check in Fernanda nos atendeu também mas todos são bons, manutenção piscina e restaurante . Limpeza e atendimento e localização são o forte do hotel. Tudo funciona piscina térmica, sauna, café delicioso, e uma vista maravilhosa. Parece que você está em casa.

Hotel muito bom , funcionários muito educados e sempre solícitos , ótima localização!! Só uma observação: estavam fazendo manutenção na área da piscina em pleno sábado , Acho q devem procurar fazê-lo dia de semana pois com certeza tem bem menos movimento! A minha estadia foi perfeita, fui em lua de mel, prepararam um mimo para minha esposa e eu no nosso quarto. Gostaria de ressaltar a simpatia da Camile, que pelo o que entendi é a recepcionista da noite no hotel, um amor de pessoa. Café da manhã incrivel, muita variedade e todos os dias eles mudam as opções, entao é bem diverso mesmo. Gostaria de dar uma dica (Não é uma critica) poderiam colocar ganchos no banheiro (ate mesmo atrás da porta) para os roupões, porque nao tem onde colocar, e pendurar no local de toalha fica caindo o tempo todo. Foi desagradável apenas quando começaram a obra, teve uma quebradeira imensa no quarto ao lado do meu, mas entendo que acontece para que hajam melhorias. E também no último dia apareceu uma barata enorme no meu quarto mesmo com tudo fechado, nao sei de onde pode ter vindo. Fora isso foi tudo incrível, localização também é excelente.

Tranquilidade em Cabo Frio

O Hotel é muito agradável, mesmo 1.3 km de distância do mar, a localização é excelente ! Tem uma prainha junto à piscina e na beira do Canal extremamente agradáveis. Café da manhã ok. Porém, pq considero importante apontar, o serviço de bar/restaurante pecam. A longa demora denota que a estrutura de cozinha é pouco eficiente, apesar de pratos saborosos.

Vale a pena

Precisa só melhorar alguns pequenos pontos, como trilho do box do banheiro (fiquei no quarto 213), meu suco veio sem gelo (pq a máquina de gelo estava quebrada), e no quarto tinha alguns mosquitinhos que não sei se era pernilongo ou não. Precisa melhorar tbm a academia. Mas no geral valeu a pena.
