Otele vardığımızda gösterilen oda kalınacak vasıflarda bir oda değildi. Hem pis hem de kötü kokan eskimiş, bakımsız bir görünümdeydi. Receptionist görevli başka bir oda göstermek istedi, ancak bu odayı gördükten sonra başka bir oda görmeye gerek yoktu. Resepsiyon oldukça ilgiliydi. Bir saat kadar erken vardık ve odamız temizlendiği için direkt yerleşme imkanı sağladılar. Çarşaflar, havlular temizdi. Oda küçüktü fakat kısa sürekli konaklamalar için ideal. Biz sadece birkaç ufak problem yaşadık. Deniz manzaralı oda tercih etmiştik fakat diğer odalardan tam manzara görünüyorken bizim odadan yarım görünüyordu. Bir de kahvaltı dahil rezervasyon yapmama rağmen dahil değil olarak basılmış. Sabah tam açık büfeden seçim yaparken yanımıza gelip kahvaltınız dahil değil denildi. Biraz onunla uğraştık. Yine de sorumlu kişi asla kaba davranmadı, anlayışlı bir şekilde yaklaştı. Bunun için teşekkür ederim. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Sadece sabah biraz modum düştü böyle bir şey yaşayınca. Son olarak kahvaltısı oldukça çeşitliydi ve ürünler lezzetliydi.

Bu otele ilk ve son kes gelişim. 1. Resepsiyondan kaşık istedim aşağı inip kendiniz alın cevabı verdiler yalnızım dedi kişi indiğimde aşağıda tv izliyorlar işi 3 kişi 2. Aşağı inip aldım, giderken aşağıya indirin karşılığı aldım, içimden odayı da temizleyip gideyim mi diye sormak geldi 3. Klimanın motoru sabaha kadar garip sesler çıkarıyor 4. Duş başlığı bozuk, başlığı takacak yer bozuk. Özel çabalar ile duş alabilirsiniz 4. Parkeler iğrenç durumda 5. Yan odada sabahın 4 üne kadar yüksek sesle geyik muhabbeti yapıldı. Resepsiyona bildirmek istedim ama gidip uyarabilriiwniz. Uymazsa kavga edebilirsiniz cevabı alacağımı düşündüm. Sonuç: bu işi yapacaksanız yatırım yapıp düzelteceksiniz. Oraya parasını verip gelenler enayi değiller. Bir daha da gidip bu otelde kalmam

Annemle beraber otelde 1 gece konakladığımız için ayrı ayrı 2 yatak seçeneğini işaretleyip altına da not yazmama rağmen tek büyük yataklı oda verdiler, ama hemen hatayı düzelttiler sağolsunlar. Genelde 4-5 yıldızlı otellerde kaldığım için buraya verdiğim paranın karşılığının bu olabileceği bilinciyle bu otelden yer ayırttım ve beni yanıltmadı. Odanın ve banyonun temizliği yeterli, ama bir revizyon şart. Bakım-onarım ve yenileme gerekli birçok eşyada, kapılarda, minibuzdolabı ve televizyonda. Nedenini anlamadığım bir şekilde musluktan akan su tuzluydu, deniz suyu mu karışıyor acaba? Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi, ama çatal ve bıçakların temizliği iyi değildi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, aksi bir durum görmedim. Otelde konaklayan misafirlerden kaynaklı çok gürültü oldu, otel yönetiminin bu konuda yapabileceği pek birşey olduğunu düşünmüyorum, tamamen o gürültüyü yapanların eğitimleriyle ilgili bir konu. Otelin yeri çok güzel, tam deniz kenarında ve dalga sesleri geliyor, insana huzur veriyor.

Hotellets belægenhed fantastisk, personalet er utrolig søde og meget hjælpsomme, vil klart anbefale dette hotel. Har benyttet mig af All Inklusiv konceptet og det var rigtig godt, alle måltiderne var gode og der var mange forskellige retter og vælge. Otelin kahvaltısında verdiği çikolata cok kalitesizdi. Onun haricinde her sey mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar cok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Yemekler çeşitliydi. Et tavuk tarzı seyler çıkıyordu. Denizi çok guzeldi. Otel denizin hemen dibinde cok yakın. Icecekler güzeldi. Oda temizliği her gun yapıldı ve gayet temizdi. Çarşaflar 3 günde 1 değişiyor. Her gün olmasını tercih ederdim. Fiyat performans olarak başarılı bulduk.

Good location at Ladies Beach. Housekeeping non existent and the aircon only set on hot. Staff didn’t speak English except for restaurant staff who were really lovely. Didn’t eat here but the breakfast was sufficient.

Profesyonel hizmet arayanlar bir kez daha düşünün.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, kadınlar denizi plajının hemen karşısında. Plajda duş olanağı mevcut. Çok kalabalık. Yenilenmeyen odalardan birinde kaldık, oda fotoğraflarındakilerden farklıydı. Tv tüplü, yerler parke değil fayanstı. Derz araları kirli görünüyordu. Nevresimler, pikeler tertemizdi ancak havlular ve wc - banyo için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Banyoda duvarda yapışık halde bizden önceki misafire ait uzun siyah saçlar duruyordu. Bazı personellerin kadın misafirlere davranış şeklinden rahatsız oldum. Misafirlerin müsade edip etmemesi beni ilgilendirmiyor ancak hiç profesyonel bir yaklaşım değil. Otelin zemin katında bulunan Rigolo Cafe'ye dışarıdan da misafir kabul ediliyor. Bunda sorun yok ama her şey dahil konaklayan misafir de bir bardak çay için üç kez söylemek zorunda kalmamalı. Onlarla aynı hizmeti kesinlikle alamıyorsunuz. Masaya servis ve ücretli diye belirtilen kokteyller seçme misafirlere veriliyor. Bunlar olurken eşim içeceğine buzu ancak şefe rica ettikten sonra dördüncü talebinde temin edebildi. Yok denilen buz şef isteyince ortaya çıkıverdi. Sorunlarımızı resepsiyona ilettik ancak muhatap bulamadık. Otelin havuzunu kullanamadık, terasta olduğundan oldukça küçük. Misafir sayısına göre yetersiz. Kahvaltısı iyi, yemekler orta kararda diyebilirim.

Could try a little harder

A smile when checking in would have made a big difference. Bed was very comfy, shower superb, room size good. View from rooms 206 and 207 superb. Food ok but always cold. Dining room staff very pleasant. Overall an ok stay but it could have been so much better with a little effort towards customer care.
