The front desk staff were great and very helpful. Everything else went very very well and the view at the breakfast station was excellent. The food during breakfast was very good.. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking and the bus station provided access to the mountains, the lakes and spaces around the city.

This is an excellent hotel. The decor was warm and modern, our room was a decent size, staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The location could not be better for transport with the rail station, bus terminal and a large taxi rank right outside. All the main Salzburg attractions are within walking distance. One small gripe, despite our requests the tea and coffee in the room were not replenished, we were told they'd run out of coffee sachets. But for this it rates 5/5.

Firstly, the friendly staffer, Kimberly was great and got me checked in a little early. The room was clean and quiet. Really nice big bathroom, perfect location right outside the train station and I love the security of no night entry at night without a FOB room key and also the FOB is needed 24hrs for the elevator. Not that it’s a shady area or anything. Really good value as well. Spent 2 nights and was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend H+.
