とっても綺麗で清潔でした！ お風呂が広くてびっくり！ 駅から近く、ホテル近くの温泉も最高で、文句のつけ所がありません。 朝食もお米や牛乳の一つ一つがしっかり味があって美味しかったです。 昆布の佃煮と、青のりの佃煮がとても美味しかったので、購入したかったくらいです。

駅前の便利なホテル

JR西日本山陰本線の出雲市駅、一畑電鉄の電鉄出雲市駅の目の前にあるホテルです。さらに、目の前に23:00まで開いている餃子屋があり、観光でちょっと帰りが遅くなった時にも困らないです。

ホテルのお部屋や環境は良好でしたが、朝食時のレストランで連日、高齢者のグループがマスクをしないまま、大声で盛り上がって会話し、ブュッフェの料理の前でもマスクなしの会話でしたので、感染者急増の島根のコロナ対策に不安がありました。女性の給仕のスタッフに注意やお声かけをお願いしましたが、何もされず、逆に私に対して不機嫌な態度をとられた次第です。高齢者であっても他者やホテルのために、スタッフからコロナ対応を促していただきたいと思います。

概ね満足でしたが…

部屋のカーペットの目立つ場所に、5cm程の黒い焦げ跡みたいな汚れがあり、それが不快な虫に見えて、少し気持ち悪かった。 部屋のシャワーが壊れていて、シャワーヘッドとホースの間から強烈に漏れてきた。

駅直ぐで出雲大社行き、出雲空港行きのバスも目の前から出ていてとても便利でした。 無料の朝食も良かったです。ただテレビが古く、バスタブに前の方の髪が数本落ちていたのは残念でした。

ベットが広くビジネスホテルとして最高でした。 また目の前が出雲市駅、バス停があるので移動もしやすいです。 朝食は品数は多くはないですがビジネスホテルとしては問題ないです。 周辺にも居酒屋など飲食店が多くあり食事に困ることはありませんでした！
