Very Basic . Continental breakfast. Cereal bowls all chipped. More bnb than hotel. No tea coffee in rooms. Near airport but nothing only another hotel around. Very Quiet hotel. nobody around.

Convenient place for a night closed to the airport

Nice and clean. Good for a day closed to the airport. Do not expect much, no fridge, $2 for a small bottle of water and breakfast is pretty basic.

Staid 1 night in order to be on time for our flight. The hotel offers free shuttle to airport. Make sure you send them the demand by email for transportation prior to your stay they book fast. Very good service.

Nice and new facility. Close to airport. zone odd thing was they put the TV on a maximum volume that one cannot control. I kinda like th idea actually but it was a little too low and I have good hearing... not crazy about the front desk people

Clean and spacious, minimal amenities

The hotel messaged ahead of time to inform me of free shuttle services, and I was able to call hotel concierge to get on a van with other guests. Upon check in I was asked to choose my time for the shuttle the next day. The shuttle service is only from the airport to the hotel and back, and not for going into Bilbao downtown. The room was clean and spacious, the window overlooked the parking lot. The hand shower didn’t work but the rain shower did, water temperature and pressure was fine. The lighting for the toilet area had motion detectors, which was a nice touch. The only amenities in the room were two towels (one large one small, small one was mildly stained blue), bath rug, a small soap and small bottles of shower and bath liquid soap, and a hairdryer. I would have appreciated some water, qtips, and slippers. The rooms were generally quiet and the blackout curtains blocked light well. Overall good experience, if I needed to stay by the airport again i’d be happy to revisit.

Worst customer service! We booked a room for my brother who took us to the airport. After arriving late at night, we checked in him, took him to his room and left to our hotel across the street who allows kids. At 2am, staff calls the room to wake him up to remind him of a 20 min visitor policy but he said he was alone. The next morning they refused him breakfast because they accused him of having an overnight visitor, which was untrue. You’d think they’d learn to look at cameras on who goes in and out at night. During this time, my brother called me to come over to proof that I was not there overnight. I walked straight into the front doors with my child to settle the case. Even with that it wasn’t enough. They interrogated us on how it would be possible for me to leave the door last night if they were locked by 2am but I left long before that. We booked 2 nights for him to work from there but he got out as soon as he can the same day. We left the manager a note about a week ago, no responses at all.
