I went to Vietnam 3 times so far. The reason I choose this apartment is high rated stars from previous reviewers. It won't take much time to realize this place isn't a good place to stay overall. There is a broken shower and asked for a fix. It's never been done although they promised to fix it after 2 days. Every time I took a shower using akward way of shower head that water coming from side where broken hole is. Sometimes they skip room cleaning. Security guard(old man) seem nice but not helpful at all due to no English speaking. The one thing I like this place is not noisy and spacious relatively. Facility need to be renovated in many ways. 쩐꾸옥 사원과 근접해 있고 시설의 안락함

인테리어도 너무 좋았고 산책하기에도 좋은 위치 바닥이나 침대 시트가 깨끗하나, 자세히 구석구석 먼지와 지문자국이 많았고, 시트에 얼룩이 보임 다시 재방문 할 의향이 있음

一日、二日の滞在にはむかないかも・・・

飛行機の都合で深夜に着いたが、タクシーも住所を見せたにもかかわらず、わからなかった。夜間電話も通じなくて、仕方ないので、運転手が他のタクシーに聞いて、ようやくたどり着いた。 ただ、管理人は英語はまったく話せず、わたしはベトバム語がまったくなので、会話のしようがなく、完全に身振り手振りでのコミュニケーションとなった。こんな次第なので、部屋の調度の説明も何もかもわからず、シャワーは冷たいまま、テレビは映らないまま、持って行ったラーメンを食べて寝た。 部屋にコーヒーとお茶とカップラーメンがあったが、管理人に聞いても、無料なのか、有料なのかもわからなかったので、こんな状態でチェックアウト時に有料だと言われたら癪なので夜は食べなかった。あくる日、やっと連絡先（これも、ネットに乗った電話番号とは違ってた）通じて、無料だと分かったので、全部一つずつ頂いた。これでこの値段では高すぎるかなと思った。まあ、二度と行かないだろうし、友だちにも勧めるつもりはない。それに、この状態で緊急事態にでもなったらどうするのだろうね？

A very beautiful apartment

Excellent choice for a couple looking for a nice space and to be away from the bustling old quarter,but close enough to walk there. Really nice area by the lake and surrounded by a lot of local food. Safe and clean! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Room was very clean and modern. Staff there wwas so kind so that we enjoyed staying there. If you are considering staying near tay ho lake then this hotel should be highly recommended .

Tolles Apartment in einer besten Viertel Hanois

Tolles Apartment in idealer Lage zwischen der überlaufenen Altstadt und dem hippen Viertel am Westlake. Gute lokale Restaurants (Pho Cuon probieren!) und ein Congs Caphe sind um die Ecke. Mit einem Grab Bike (buchbar über eine App) kommt man für wenig Geld überall hin. Die Wohnung war tiptop, hatte Superbettwäsche, schnelles Wlan und sogar einen Whirlpool. Alle waren sehr freundlich! Beim nächsten Mal werde ich es wieder buchen!

Excellent Stay

The room we stayed was very comfortable and clean. The service is great and the staff are friendly. The apartment is conveniently located between old quarter and west lake, but far enough to not to be bothered by the honking of their city life.
