I checked in with staff member Kashea. She was excellent. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Got my stay off to a great start. My room was clean, quiet, and the bed/linens were very comfortable. The NULU location area had a great vibe. My dog and I took a walk and found fun and interesting bars, restaurants, and shops to visit.

It was located in a good spot. Marva at the front desk was exceptional at her job and very friendly. Marva went above and beyond. Room was sub par and shower was terrible no pressure. Breakfast was so aweful we didn't even try it the next day at the frankfort location we stayed at. Probably wont use the hotel chain again.

The hotel was dog friendly and my room smelted like dog. I think they should have certain reserved rooms for pets and their owners. People have allergies to animal dander. In our other room the office chair had dried spillage on it and the toilet paper holder spun around dumping the roll. Breakfast was as expected, good.

I found this hotel to be a great bargain given its location near downtown and NuLu. The hotel was comparable to any other mid-range chain hotel (Hampton Inn, etc.). I parked on the street and had no problems.
