Nice clean modern property. Area around is tea growing. The hotel is in a convenient location to catch train ( Shinkansen) and for major roads, paid parking around property is very reasonable. Would recommend

Bad experience in LiveMax

A bad experience! I have booked to stay 1 night at LiveMax with breakfast in early Dec 2023. However, the actual price was far higher than the price I booked at hotel.com and without breakfast. The staff could not give me a satisfied reply why such change, but I had to choose this hotel finally because the time I checked in was late night. And for the room environment, the toilet was a bit smelly which seemed not cleaned up completely.

Chambre très propre avec tout le nécessaire de toilette pour une famille de 4 . Chambre spacieuse avec une vue sur le château . Staff souriant , accueillant et disponible. Petit bémol ; l’hôtel n’a de parking cependant il y a parking public pour 800yens la nuit. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous passez par Kakegawa . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

ペットの臭い等は何も気にならなかったが、喫煙可の部屋で入った時点でかなりタバコの臭いが気になった。 ユニットバスの鏡が広くて使いやすかった。 チェックアウトも手軽でカギを回収BOXに入れるだけなので、電車の乗車時間に合わせて手間なく出れるのは良いと思った。 駅から程よく近くてビジネスなど一人で素泊まり程度なら丁度よいと思った。

多少の騒音はあったが快適に過ごせた。

2泊3日にて宿泊致しました。 1人での利用で、シングルルーム（喫煙有り）を利用しました。部屋はフロント近くだったため、騒音が多少気になりました（取り敢えず困るレベルではない。） 喫煙有りの部屋を非喫煙者が借りる形となりましたが、特にタバコ臭は気になることはなかったです。 サービスは必要最低限という感じで、アメニティ関係は、歯ブラシ、カミソリ、ベアーブラシ、タオル、なぜか家電関係は冷蔵庫、ヘアーアイロン、湯沸かし器、なぜか電子レンジが設置されています。 備品として設置されているコップは洗面台にあるものだけですが、ティーカップをレンタルで活用でき、フロントに設置されています。またフロントには給水機があります。 よって調理はカップ麺、冷凍食品、弁当などなら困ることはないと思います。 部屋はオートロックタイプではないため、自分で施錠する必要があります。 また、清掃サービスの利用は11:00までにドアに清掃依頼をすることでお願いができます。依頼しない場合はタオル交換含めて実施してくれません。最低でも3日に1回は利用するようにと記載がありました。
