Great location in Sulphur

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by this friendly gentleman. Lobby and room was very clean. Delicious coffee and definitely recommend this hotel.

July trip

Compared to the red roof Inn that I stayed at in Defuniak Springs on my exit trip this place was like the Marriott Ritz Carlton, very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. I felt safe as a single female traveler that’s important.

The facility or the room we were in had bedbugs when we drew it to their attention they couldn’t help us couldn’t even give us clean linens. We aren’t able to wash clothes cause the water is brown so here I’m assuming how long has it been since you’ve washed their lines because we definitely had them in our room and it was so late when we got in it was too late to do anything Like rent a room for two hours and they couldn’t even accommodate me by renting me a room and then they took my deposit

We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was comfortable and clean. Check-in & check-out were extremely quick and all staff were exceptionally friendly. Parking lot and area seemed very safe. As a single mom traveling with her kids, this is a huge plus. This was our 2nd time staying here and we have been pleased both times.
