Paris hotel is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of all the excitement. It is in walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this property.
The casino was great to stay in. We were in the Versailles tower and it was beautiful. The pool was amazing as well, however, I was disappointed that it closed at 5:00 p.m. especially when it was 40° outside. I was also there with my son and I was disappointed that when he tried to have some fun in the pool he was told he wasn't allowed to splash and have fun. I understand Vegas. He's more for adults but kids should be allowed to at least have fun in the pool.

The lobby and restaurants were clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the escalator going up to the parking area from the hotel was not working for almost our entire stay and only operated a few times, which was inconvenient.
Our room also wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The windows especially need attention — they were so dirty that it took away from what should have been a beautiful view. It felt like such a waste because the scenery was great, but the grime on the glass blocked it.
Overall, some areas and staff were great, but the maintenance and room cleanliness definitely need improvement.
We stayed at Paris expecting a noticeable step up after staying at Treasure Island the night before, but unfortunately it ended up feeling like a downgrade in both room quality and customer service. The TV in our room didn’t work, and after maintenance came up and couldn’t fix it, they more or less laughed it off without offering a real solution. We had a dinner reservation, so the front desk told us they’d handle it when we returned later that evening.
When we got back late at night hoping for a room change, we were initially denied, then eventually moved to the room directly next door, which somehow felt less nice than the original room. Overall, the experience felt more like a 2–3 star stay than what we expected from Paris Las Vegas.
The pool area was fine, but nothing particularly memorable — especially compared to Caesars across the street, and nowhere near the level of the Venetian or Wynn. We genuinely expected Paris to be a significant upgrade from Treasure Island, but surprisingly TI ended up offering the better overall value and experience.
